You can claim 8000 Renteum tokens for yourself monthly by the end of the crowd sale campaign by participating in this way. There are 600,000 Renteum tokens reserved for the signature change campaign, which means a maximum of 75 eligible participants. Please keep the signature up for the whole campaign if you wish to claim the whole bounty. Post or PM to reserve your spot. Project translation Website and Bitcointalk thread translation We would like the project to be available in multiple languages to ease the entry for interested investors without a great grasp of the English language. The translations we reward are:

Crowd sale information & prices Renteum will accept more than 35 cryptocurrencies through our 3rd party payment gateway Coingate. Thank you for your work and to those users who helped find additional cryptocurrency related real-estate projects to add to the thread. All of the information for the table above has been found from the various project websites and white papers.

Renteum LTD vs the competition With a lot of Real-estate ICOs on the market it is hard as an investor to pick the one that is right for them. A lot of the projects are also quite unclear on what they plan to do with the funds. Renteum LTD currently believes the potential in tying cryptocurrency with real-estate is left untapped. With this table and additional comments here I hope to make it clearer on what we at Renteum stand for and what we plan to execute.
Renteum LTD is a company based in Plymouth England. The only found projects which assume bigger parts of the Renteum LTD business model and Blockchain technology are https://www.real.markets/. The other projects only partially aim to do what we are planning to do. REAL is a well-thought out project. Their white paper is very detailed and does a fine job of explaining what they plan to do. REAL is a Singapore based project and targets the USA, Spain and the Caribbean real-estate markets. They plan to build a platform and token that mimic some of the properties that the Renteum project plans to build. However, there are distinct differences between the two projects and I will try to outline them below.
1. Total supply of tokens and reserved amounts. The total sale and distribution of tokens have some major differences. Renteum plans to sell out as much as the total token supply as possible to give the majority of the supply to investors while REAL holds around 49% of the tokens locked away from investors due to various reasons. The maximum number the Renteum team can hold is 5% of the sold supply. Renteum also has its marketing bounty but the bounty tokens will be owned by people not directly affiliated with Renteum.
2. Real-estate geographic location market difference. While REAL is a Singapore based company that will operate in USA, Spain and Caribbean real-estate markets Renteum LTD is an English company that plans to operate mainly in the Scandinavian and English real-estate markets. There is no reason we cannot coexist as different companies with part of the same business model.
3. Technology behind token properties and platform differences. Both projects are gonna be developed on the Ethereum Blockchain. While some of the ideas can be said to be of the same principal the execution of the technologies is different. In the Renteum LTD white paper it is described how the functions will be implemented with reference to already existing technologies that mimic those that we want to make. Renteum LTD also has a demo of how said platform would look while we have been unable to find a similar demo from the REAL project.
4. Team The REAL team is stacked with a big team of multiple personnel experienced in various fields as seen in their white paper. Renteum LTD is founded and managed by two people currently, Ben Middleton and Aleksandr Kongstad. While some might see this as a huge disadvantage and big discouragement from contributing to Renteum LTD we see it as an opportunity for investors to be part of the project and community behind Renteum LTD in a much larger scale than possible with REAL. It also means that Renteum LTD does not have much in terms operating costs. That means all funds from the crowd sale will go into the Renteum project development and real-estate acquisition which in turn with our business model will significantly increase the value of the tokens that investors buy from the crowd sale in the future.
