And that is why you "can't see the funds for this address".  They are gone.  They have all been sent in transactions.

If you sent those transactions, then you know why the bitcoins aren't there.
If you did not send those transactions, then someone else has access to your private key and they spent those bitcoins without your permission.

It doesn't have any funds on the blockchain either... "Final balance" = 0


Do you see ANY transaction history in Electrum? Does it show any transactions at all? Or is the history tab completely blank?

Show us your TXID so we can say if the transaction was confirmed and was credited to your wallet.

I have an experience about this also, maybe you are just looking at the receive transactions but the whole balance is changing. I notice this and it's fine in my case as the total balance of my wallet is changing.

Tell us what happened, where did you got your funds and how much they sent to you and we can't just give our guess here if the details are lacking of information.
