Referral rules

During the pre-sale (starting March 12th, for 8 weeks), if you refer someone, you get 1% of the Tellus he/she has bought.

How does it work?

Follow the steps below:

• Go on https://irene-crowdsale.com, pass a KYC / AML screenings and send us your public key (that’s because Tellus is a vetted community: everybody holding Tellus is KYC/AML approved!)
• Share your public key with the person you refer and ask him/her to provide us with your public key when he/she enrolls to Irene Energy’s Pre-sale

How will it work?

During the pre-Sale, each time a buyer buys €5,000 or more, we will top up his/her purchase by 1% and will send this 1% to the Irene Charity Fund. The 1% will come of the “Bounty campaign pool” (5,000,000 Tellus).

The buyer will not own the corresponding Tellus. Neither will Irene Energy. The corresponding Tellus will be credited to a Stellar address for which payments will require to be signed by 2 Stellar addresses. One account will be controlled by Irene Energy Charity. One will be controlled by the buyer.

What is Irene Energy Africa?

Irene Energy Africa is about using micro-payments to:
(i) facilitate access to electricity for consumers
(ii) promote a financially-sound economic rationale for local energy micro-entrepreneurship
(iii) contributing to balance micro-grids the same way Western grids are balanced: and hence reduce polluting and health-hazardous kerosene & diesel consumption for electricity generation purposes

How will the Irene Charity Fund be used?

The Tellus held by the Irene Charity Fund will be directly credited to “sponsored” consumers in Africa. “Sponsors” will control how the funds will be used and to whom they will be sent (by means of dual-signing requirement).

The Fund will be set up thanks to the Charity Program described above. Subsequent funding will be entirely open to any one wishing to donate.

Irene Energy will be looking to partner with NGOs in developed countries to organize and facilitate future donations.






Irene Energy will be conducting a multi-stage bounty program. The first part of this bounty program is detailed here.

The goal of this program is to expand the content available about Irene Energy and will focus on quality content.

750,000 Tellus are allocated for the campaign.

Participants must have at least 200 subscribers on YouTube for a good quality video, which must be at least 2 minutes long

Great Quality: 300 stakes
Good Quality: 100 stakes

Medium and blogs

Medium participants must subscribe to Irene Energy’s Medium:
Participants’ articles must be at least 300 words and in publication level English.
Participants’ articles should have links to Irene Energy’s website, www.irene-crowdsale.com
Only original content is considered. The same article / blog post can only be posted once. Do not apply the same article / blog post on the different websites
Stakes are based on the quality of the content:

Awesome Quality: 500 stakes
Great Quality: 300 stakes
Good Quality: 100 stakes

Reddit and forums

Reddit participants must subscribe to Irene Energy’s Reddit channel:
Posts / comments must have at least 100 words
Only original content is considered
Spamming/posting in wrong subforums will not be tolerated. Posts deleted or closed by the forum’s administration will not count.
Stakes are based on the quality of the content:

Awesome quality: 350 stakes
Great Quality: 200 stakes
Good Quality: 75 stakes

Which are the rules for this campaign?

Wednesdays are the last days of the weekly periods.

Tellus earned during the bounty-campaign will be credited to the participants’ accounts within a week after the closing of the Token Sale.

The Bounty Manager can make slight changes in the Bounty Campaign if deemed necessary.

Using multi-accounts, cheating, using someone else to do the work and spamming or any kind of unethical behavior when participating to one of the campaigns are not allowed and will get you disqualified from all bounties.

Reward system may change if we do not reach desired number of participants.
