Anyone else have coins stuck on http://yac.erlog.pt/ as well?  I haven't received my payout in months and I emailed the pool owner a few time (no reply).  Who runs this pool anyway?

Armstrong will publish on November 1 his new book on the War Cycle, looks like it will start/focus on the Middle East:

http://www.armstrongeconomics.com/archives/37944

It will cost $75.  Maybe worth it...

As I said before, my focus is on the Middle East too.

20 more days till release. Hope it will not be too late.   Undecided

I do believe in Armstrong cycles, as everything around us is in cycles. It is also obviously that situation is serious and can escalated quickly. I agree war is because of financial shit. I just focused on oil and Middle east. What ever I look at, I end up there. For instance http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2015-09-23/qatar-wealth-fund-may-have-lost-billions-on-vw-glencore-stakes
6  Economy / Economics / Re: Martin Armstrong Discussion on: October 07, 2015, 09:10:36 AM
I know he talks about confidence, but for me (as i don't know much about all this global shit) the important thing (for war and outflows) is oil price (which is low for numerous factors).

Quote
Among the favorite asset managers of Middle Eastern countries are BlackRock and Franklin Templeton (BEN). Both firms declined to break out fund flows from Saudi Arabia to CNNMoney.

However, BlackRock admitted it had suffered $24 billion of net outflows from the region that includes Europe, the Middle East and Africa during the second quarter. That's compared to inflows of $18 billion during the first quarter.

A lot of that money was being yanked due to "cash need driven by rainy-day issues," BlackRock CEO Larry Fink told analysts in July. He didn't name any countries in the region, but added, "It's raining in some of the commodity-based economies."

No HW, 95h/s, u=0.09/m
--buffer-size 3750 --no-submit-stale -w 128 --rawintensity 768 --lookup-gap 7 --gpu-threads 1

With --lookup-gap 11 -R 1280 it even doesn't start. What speed and u you get with this setings?

Best Settings on Windows are rawintensity: 928 lookup-gap: 8 worksize:128/256 buffer-size: 3712 -> 97-98h/s  Wink

will try

103 hash/s. I am also using Xubuntu for my OS. But I must be missing something here... R7 240 4gb, correct?

Yes, MSI R7 240 4GB; win7, 8GB RAM, 12GB swap + 8GB swap on USB. So, speed is the same; I was worried I don't get enough. Will keep mining and see how things go.

Good luck YAC!

Thanks Beave. My don't work with --lookup-gap 11 -R 1280, best that work is --lookup-gap 7 -R 768 with 95h/s and u=0.09/m.
BTW, is there any point mining and stake minting? Just orphans and no stake interest. Will this fucker ever stop.

Hi, is there any pool that works? erlog or alenevaa's? I need config for R7 240 4GB, but Thirtybird's ultracoin config is for N16 max. Do i have to just increase lookup-gap, or any other parameter?
Thanks

This is funny. Somebody wanted to trademark BITCOIN. For barware http://tsdr.uspto.gov/documentviewer?caseId=sn86135516&docId=APP20131207074254#docIndex=11&page=1
But registration was refused http://ttabvue.uspto.gov/ttabvue/v?pno=91219797&pty=OPP&eno=5

looks like someone hit the wrong button on bitfinex.
Their trading engine is screwed. Lots of peeps complaining of lags and losses. Finex is history unless they release their new engine pronto. Actually this shit has been happening for a few weeks now, so probably too late.

Mark's midas is finally ready, so he can sell it to Finex. More $ for Gox's creditors and state of the art engine for Bitfinex customers. Win-win.

Don't be so technical Jorge. Sure I didn't pay from my account, but on average person 'paid' 1500€ for our banks to stay afloat. That was taken from State budget (L'État, c'est moi). And those banks lent average 500 to Greece. They didn't ask us, they didn't ask Greece. I love democracy.
Anyway, I was just dreaming about 90's.

Every person from our country lent 500€ to Greece. I would gladly transform this for few weeks on Corfu.
A beer for 100 drachmas and gyros for not much more - that was good times. Yamas!
