Do you have any kind of screen sharing on your computer? Do you use a mac or PC? Someone could have just taken control of your computer via your local network. Is your wireless security on?

I have the same thing going on. I had an account, haven't used it in a while and went to cash out. Nothing happened and I contacted customer service. I have heard nothing so far.
