Hi, you might try investing in casino bankrolls (see results of my own investments in my signature).
It's long term investment but unlike ICOs you can withdraw your funds anytime (and invest them elsewhere).

Is it an investment or what your trying to say is try gambling on the site?

It is an investment. I'm trying to say that you can lend your BTC to casino (so they can attract bigger players and make a bigger profits). It's like any other business. Bigger capital brings bigger profits.

FYI: max. possible amount player can win is given by amount of funds casino have (bankroll). To prevent bankrupcy the players can win only small fraction of the bankroll (otherwise some superlucky gambler could ruin them in one game).

You lend your BTC to casino. Now the casino can offer bigger max. win amount and attract more wealthy gamblers (which is obvously their aim).
As a reward the casino will share with you part of their profit.

Wouldnt that kind of system fall over once it got overly popular? Then a lot of people would lose money?
...

I don't hink so. The only way you can lose money here is:
1 - casino run away - Why would casino run away (and risk legal persecutions) when their bussiness model is (and we all know that) profitable?
2 - casino gets hacked - Thats why I'm investing only in established, lontime running casinos (but sure this can happen).
3 - casino is losing in long term. - Due to houseedge this is unprobable. Sure exceptions happens but it's mosty due to bad marketing (unsustainable jackpots ...)

If this system gets overly popular it only means your profits will be smaller (your percentual bankroll share will be reduced) .. but it definitely won't collapse.

I'm not saying it's risk free investment and definitely not putting all my funds into (but thats rule no.1 for every kind of investment).

I see thank you for clarifying my concern

Not to take away the illusion dev, but with the scarce data that you offer and the lack of communication I do not think that you attract many investors. Good luck.

I get that feeling too

Hello cryptoj@ck, thank you very much for your question and positive reaction to Wishcoin.

Yes - every member of our team has been a core part of the planning, perfecting and developing Wishcoin.

Due to the fact that we do have high-profile, popular members of our team (such as Joleon Lescott, ex-premiership England footballer, and Howard Lake - director of fundraising.co.uk and digital fundraising entrepreneur); each member of our team has had to do their own due diligence on the entire project, ensuring that we remain 100% transparent, and meet all regulations required.

You can see us all share our passion for Wishcoin in our Wishcoin Launch Video.

An interesting fact is; although we don't have to, as a UK registered non-profit foundation, Wishcoin Foundation has capped its salaries to the same regulation as charities - meaning nobody working for Wishcoin Foundation can draw an overly-large, unjustified salary from the foundation. That is just one of many things we are doing to make Wishcoin an attractive partner for both investors, charities and corporate partners worldwide.

Feel free to let us know if you have any further questions, and remember (if you haven't already) to sign up to our mail list hereSmiley

Thanks for the detailed reply. I like your concept and will watch closely over the coming weeks. Good luck !

You mention they will 'probably' be on a certain exchange, do you not have a specific roadmap of how these can be traded? No point investing in something that you can't buy and sell at your convenience.

This looks interesting. How has the money been used raised from the first sale?
Thanks

I have decided to start gathering a list (maybe top 10 or top 5) of the most attractive upcoming ICOs in the coming weeks and months. Is there a website we can all use to share and vote on them to get the true top 5/10?
Thanks

the more I look into it, the more clear it is that you have to ask questions and  make sure you use common sense before investing any of your bitcoin in an ICO

thats a nice idea. how can you withdraw at any time? surely someone would need to buy them first?

Move past through most(95%) of all the ICO bullshit and just invest in bitcoin and some other reputable cryptocurrencies. Which coins specifically? Go for DYOR(Do Your Own Research) coin. I might sound a bit harsh, but that's pretty much it, and I'm pretty sure most people will say the same. Don't automatically buy a coin just because it's being shilled; do research first. A coin can skyrocket by just shilling, yes, but you're going to have problems longterm. Best of luck.

Yes that is why i am here to be honest. I can see from looking through here there are hundreds so i will investigate and look into which ones look reasonable (if any) and ask questions as needed.

Hi I am relatively new to cryptocurrency. I had some Bitcoin a couple of years ago but unfortunately sold them  (which I regret now) so looking to make some connections here, and also look at investing in some ICOs. Do you have any recommended ones, or is it just a case of browsing the latest forum topics here, and deciding which one looks best? This is more of an introduction post, so looking forward to connecting with you all to scrutinize some coin  Tongue
