For me yes we need regulations to control others who have bad interest in the group. We can set regulation thru sharing ideas of each member.

For me bitcoin is a big help in our community its like having a simple sideline, when you get bored you can view your account or any vacant time. Its very helpful in every individuals.

Can you explain it further why isn't it tool late about bitcoin buying? Its never too late i think, it should have patience. Yes, the price is already pumping, that's the time you should get motivated. Learn some other ideas so that you will be successful.
