1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SophiaTX Announcement - The Blockchain for Business on: April 25, 2018, 10:15:24 PM
I have high hopes for this project, and although hoping may not always correspond to reality, am sure this project will rise considerably in the next few days.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: who invested earlier this year? on: April 02, 2018, 03:23:54 PM
I invested some, but mainly played around with the funds I earned during December's bull run, so I was essentially playing with money of the house.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: How to keep yourself protected from crypto scams on: March 25, 2018, 02:41:53 PM
In a time where so many fail prey to even the dumbest scams, this is so necessary

5  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can buy some altcoin?? on: March 19, 2018, 05:40:26 PM
Open accounts on exchanges, deposit BTC or ETH and trade. As simple as that.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest now or wait? on: March 18, 2018, 01:36:35 PM
You shouldn't buy everything at once, buy in batches.

You can buy 25% now and then watch how the market goes, so you can average your cost per coin. That is what I do, but honestly, prices are very low right now. However, things could get uglier, because I didn't think ICX would fall below $2 and now you have it at $1.75 right now, and it could fall even further...
7  Economy / Speculation / Re: Could bitcoin reach 100.000$ ? on: March 16, 2018, 11:13:50 PM
In the world of crypto everything is possible. We have not even reached a $1 trillion marketcap (BTC + altcoins), I think that it will be a major milestone, and if that happens, then possibly BTC will touch the $100K mark. Of course, everything is just a possibility right now.
Furthermore, remember that BTC has gained more market dominance during this market (42.8% right now), and it proves once again that it is still King!
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin will survive after 100 year ? on: March 16, 2018, 08:58:24 AM
100 years is a very long time, but I guess it will survive, yet am not sure if it will still be the king, because during so many years am sure that a better replacement will come up, because we all are already aware of the disadvantages of BTC.

However, who knows, maybe it will remain as the best storage of value in the crypto world, who knows!
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A Realization - Why All ERC-20 Tokens Are Shit on: March 15, 2018, 04:08:00 PM
None is forcing you to invest in an ICO. They are mostly aimed to those who believe in the potential of the project, with the hopes of it becoming a success, so you can later take your profits.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty and too many participants on: March 14, 2018, 04:52:59 PM
Don't worry, we are still in the early days. Even though it seems like we have gone mainstream, we are still in the very early stages of cryptocurrencies, ICOs and thereby bounty programs.

I don't see how investors will be discouraged, because they can join the bounty programs too and at the same time invest.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum will lose it's dominance this year on: March 14, 2018, 01:59:44 AM
Unless a better platform takes over, I don't see that happening, to the contrary, I think ETH will grow stronger because there are a lot more ICOs that are going to use it.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: SALT Community Membership on: October 26, 2017, 03:10:14 PM
Well, SALT has a bright future if it can be implemented in regions like Southeast Asia where the percentage of unbanked population is staggering... Even though there are companies which are trying to put financial products like credit cards and cash cards closer to population like http://www.umayplus.com/cashcard/, there's still a long way to go. That company is in Thailand, but am pretty sure that there are similar alternatives in other countries of the region.

I believe in SALT and think it is a promising project, and I was pretty happy when I woke up this morning and saw this: https://www.facebook.com/SALTLENDING/photos/a.304625613286394.1073741829.211253932623563/407050103043944/
as it seems they are moving towards real-world integration pretty well, so if they gain terrains in regions like Southeast Asia, then things will get even better.

It is a long-term hold, and I'm glad I had the chance to buy under ICO price Tongue. I will simply hold it and forget about it, because it has a real-world use, the team is pretty good and yeah if they do things correctly then the project will succeed.
