Dear all, I was withdrawing my BTC from one of lending platforms called OAC but it has been already 5 days and I have yet receive my btc.

The funny thing is in this transaction , the 0.31btc belongs to me but the other 3.97btc was being send back to the same wallet that it withdraw from.
