The Site is Crystal and cool. I loved the night mode.
Just need few things to suggest/ask you.
What are the wagered amount to level up ?
Where is Contact Support button ?
While chatting can't see the Dice area as Chat box covers the screen.
Add some cool chat features or hire some Moderators. Don't forget to add avatar option.

My friend with nickname 100btc won 2.4 mBTC and nothing received as well. Another bullshit about overusing faucet?
Why have you established faucet if you do not pay the winning money? Faucet is a way players can test the dice game before risking real money. It is not meant to be abused on a very low chance until you get a win. Our system allows users to claim faucet 15 times a day, and there should be a two minute delay between each. Due to a bug, faucet claims were not being limited and people kept claiming it until they got a win - This is called faucet farming and it isn't allowed. |

I have won some amount of money and made a withdrawal - nothing received The system detected you have exceeded amount of daily faucet claims. I'm not sure why it didn't give you a error when doing another claim. I'll pass that on to our devs. |

It is just a part of the luck and now continue to play with the same setting and lost all the winnings because got more than 10 continuous losses with 50.8% winning setting.
Anyway, I didn't use my money just tried your site to test and you need to do a lot of improvements. Good luck to you and you need to plan for good promotions and marketing your site. We just pushed a fix for the first issue (the x2 button will no longer increase to an amount you don't have) and it should work as expected now. Our developers are now working on a "My bets" tab and we got some marketing deals with more youtubers so we should be getting more traffic within the next couple of days. We are in beta so many improvements are to come in the next couple of days as we learn more. |

We'll definitely fix that bug when using the multiply button and add a max button in the sometime this week. I'll take a look into adding a option for higher fees. I'll also add a "My bets only" tab tomorrow. Thanks for the feedback.
