Has anyone withdrawn from bitstamp recently? How long did it take to hit your bank account? Would you recommend it as an option for cashing out bitcoins in Canada?

What about CAD withdrawals?

Cavirtex seems to be pretty good from everything I've seen, except for the fact that their exchange rate is at the moment a full 17% lower than MtGox.

I've heard a lot of issues with people withdrawing USD from MtGox, but have people been having the same issues withdrawing CAD?

What other options are there, if I want to get the fairest exchange rate and get my money within two weeks at the most (and be guaranteed to get it)? Are bitstamp or btc-e good options for Canadians?

The last several blocks, each time one is found, the amount I should be credited has actually been decucted from my unconfirmed reward instead of being added. This isn't due to unconfirmed rewards being confirmed - the "Total Reward" drops as well.
