1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Cannot Die. It is Impossible. Under Any Circumstances. on: January 18, 2019, 08:08:36 PM
Bitcoin cannot die under any circumstances. Ever!

Why? Because Bitcoin is an idea. An abstract idea. It cannot be destroyed.

I wanna emphasize this because a few days ago I posted a thread on the Economics section asking people if they thought Bitcoin was over.

And I've thought a lot about the answers I got and continued to reflect.

And here is my realization which is better explained in video with visuals https://youtu.be/i6mBiboKg4Q

If you disagree, it's okay. But please articulate it in a friendly manner. Life is too short for internet quarrels right?

There are many futures in bitcoin and definitely I believe that it has come to stay why will it die. Now let's look back in the history of money as of today. Bitcoin is the future.

Bitcoin as an idea, can't die, it might be outdated in the future, however, bitcoin as a currency, it increased money supply, which is not right, so it can't be survived in the long run.

3  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How do you run bitcoin program after clone it? on: December 09, 2017, 08:13:59 PM
Making a program and running it is not a simple task that you can easily put some codes on it then run. If you are very familiar with the programming languages you can visit this. There, you can get the sources of Bitcoin and all other cryptocoins that they've been using for a long time. Github is an open source for all that wanted to learn about cryptocurrencies.

Thanks. I cloned all the source code from github, but still haven't figured out how to start to run and test the source code. Any suggestions?

7  Economy / Economics / Re: Legalizing Bitcoin on: December 02, 2017, 03:42:51 PM
So in the most countries, bitcoin is neither declared legal or illegal. In some it is declared illegal and some are actually allowing it and also promoting their own alts.
So what would a government needs to do to regulate bitcoin in the country? And how can a government actually benefit from legalizing bitcoin in the country? How can it actually support the economic system of the country.

I think all governments should regulate bitcoin eventually, however, I don't know how government will handle the money(bitcoin and other altcoins) which already exist for a while but never was counted as any countries income or wealth.

10  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC as a national currency? on: November 29, 2017, 11:48:00 PM
So as far as we know BTC currency is growing wide, do you think there will be when it become a national currency? If yes, why?If not, why?

BTC has no national boundaries, it could be some countries' national currency, but the best thing would be that BTC become international currency, so every body can pay with BTC anywhere.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Volatility - Somebody is fucking around. on: November 29, 2017, 11:40:01 PM
2 flash crashes last night about 800 points each and then a 1000 pt today?  Do you know how much capital it would take to do that? Is the government  testing the market to determine things like the effect of cash inflow/outflow? To provoke chaos in general to scare people away?  To setup a master plan for long term damage to the market?

I thought last night was crazy. but today??

Since cryptocurrency is new technology, the high price volatility should be a normal thing. It doesn't look like that the government testing the market, just hope it's not some groups of people trying to manipulate the market price.

Learn how to securely store your coins first. Then familiarize yourself with some of the more respectable exchanges. Learn how to read order books and how limit / market orders work. Then buy yourself an amount of coins that you feel comfortable with, even if BTC loses all its value. Withdraw it to your wallet, forget about BTC for 4-5 years and profit once the next halving occurs.

Don't bother with faucets, they are a waste of time. Trade alts only if you feel like gambling. And read this:

That's a great comment. Could you please recommend some good resource about how to securely store digital coins? Thanks.
20  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: International Mining on: November 16, 2017, 01:12:45 AM
In my opinion, the blockchains have no region border, the bitcoins can hold by people in different countries, but the blockchains and bitcoins are in cloud and have no border limitation. Am I right?
