Right now we have seen many projects that use big exchanges and raise fund easily and their token value tripled up, I'm sure new developers are aware of all these success but still we are seeing new projects using p2pb2b exchange for IEO, it's obvious that they know what they are doing.

How could you not believe in ripple but not as much as you do believe in BNB? Ripple seems good in early days after it has entered into the market but as per the time passes we have got so many good coins and that's why it is not preferred to ripple because investors have dozens of options which are more likely better than ripple.
Yeah, I think Ripple way past its prime time and now, harder to keep up with a lot of new coin on the market. Much less than Binance token that still a lot of rooms to grow thanks to Binance exchange. You are right, it looks like the ripple has missed the train to keep up with market movements. It depends how you define the word legit, I do not see any diffrence between ICOs in 2017 and now, but when you think about it economically now it is much harder to raise enough funds for the further development.
