Hi there.. installed, sinced.. made test transaction, locked wallet.. what next for stakeing? im not having option to unlock for stake, just to change pasword.. thanks for help

Im new in world of altcoin development. i have good idea, sveral people who support me in this, GREAT expectations, high hopes etc.. But what i dont have is all other knowledges.
So here im asking for people who have expirience and knowledge to help me set this up properly so it actually works as long term project that will allow nice reinvesting cycle and properly startup series of real life projects.
