It is better not to have confidence and not trade if not following the trading rules.
If you're a newbie, confidence is the result of backtesting your strategy. If you're an intermediate trader, consistency will give you more confidence. If someone says that he is confident but didn't backtest and encounter many loses, he probably lying to himself. Your level of confidence will decrease as you lose more money trading. I fully agree with all these statements. On this post there are many answers mixed: some people giving advice as investors... others as traders. But is important these kind of posts for newbies and for intermediates traders that find themshelves on a lost pattern (maybe there are not intermediate at all). I would like to point, based in my experience, what is needed to begin to trade for newbies with some confidence: 1. Read books and avoid paid groups, paid courses, youtube videos and so on. Reading books about trading has been the most fulfilling experience for me. 2. Understand the market via backtesting the asset, commodity, forex or crypto you want to trade. 3. Again, backtest an strategy that you think might work. At least with 10.000 candles, preferred 20.000 or more. (be happy to design strategies with a win ratio of 40%) 3. Don't trade in the first years with small timeframes (5m, 10m, 15m...). Better trade in 1h, 4h, 1d... 4. Paper trade during a period of 100 trades at least. That means live trading with a demo account or just writing the calls you would have taken, and why. 5. Make a log in excel of all of your trades, including emotions while opening, surfing and closing the trade. 6. Don't leverage more than 3x-4x, and be constant with the same leverage for all your positions on that pair. To finish I want to share a sentence from Peter Brandt's book "Diary of a Professional Commodity Trader" that is so true: Like it or not, buy-and-hold strategies are a joke. Every decision you make in life represents a trade-off. Everything is a trade. Everything is a gamble.Any strategy should outperform all crypto bullmarket-bearmarket.

It took over a month to get a reply from them. But they replied at the end. Hope you could solve your problems faster than me On the moment they answered I already found another solution, so not much help.

yes, it is redirected from raiwallet.com As excited as I am for $NANO, I still need a desktop wallet. I don't trust web wallets for nothing. Hopefully the devs can roll out one soon. There is a desktop wallet already since last year. Is where I keep my XRB... or should I say NANO now. You can download directly from here: https://raiblocks.net/#getwallets

Binance made a statement already that date wonīt be released or known. Donīt create hope or bad info about those news. I much agree in the "BitFail" exchange. Better to stay out.

This coin looks like it could be interesting but ill hold off until the use case is fully explained. right now it seems like people are buying it simply for masternodes.
More than the coin, the project is interesting. There is a marketplace releasing soon in beta version. 2018 roadmap looks promising and interesting. I would recommend you to join discord channel, devs are always giving support there and answering questions. They also made public when they hire new people (quite often) and announcements. I donīt think people are in only for masternodes, check how many masternodes are and the circulating supply. Said that MN are needed for the network, of course.

I managed to get in, but not because of their help. They didnīt reply to any of my messages and tickets. Frustrating. Luckily for me, I could recover the 2FA code.

this coin has future??? only masternodes??
Did you check 2018 roadmap? Every Quarter gets more interesting than the previous one. Team is really active developing and making real each milestone promised. Plus, if you check the graph, we are just in the accumulation phase, after that everybody knows what will come. Masternodes are important for this project, and you get the chance not only to help the network and be an inside member, but get daily rewards as well.

Hi, I downloaded GeoCaching. Do I need to use filter? if yes, Do I need to use Geocaching premium 29.99/year? Thanks
Same questions as this guy. It's a bit overwhelming but love the idea! It means getting some much needed exercise while still possibly earning some crypto! +1 to the question. Anyone can give a tip on this?

You can compile a Linux Wallet from the source here: https://github.com/phoreproject/Phore/I wrote a guide specifically for compiling on the Raspberry Pi, but most of the steps should be similar on other Linux: https://steemit.com/phore/@noxx/6djfe-compiling-the-phore-wallet-on-raspberry-piSpecifying a different address for MN rewards is called multisend. I can't access my wallet at the moment and I'm not sure how exactly the syntax for this works, but you can open the console in the wallet and type "multisend help" and it should give you some information. There are also links to the Phore Discord and Telegram channels on the first page of this thread, if you run into problems it is worth asking there Thanks for your message. Just did a quick look into the help command. Quite interesting you can specify multisend for wallet stake rewards or MN stake rewards. The more I discover about this project, the most excited I get.

The 10k for the masternode are not staking, in fact if they would stake, the masternode would "break", as the 10k collateral would not be intact anymore. You can still stake anything other than the 10k on the masternode address, but some people like to keep the masternode "clean" and send the rewards to some other address or even a different wallet. You could have the MN running on a Raspberry PI / a different PC / a cloud service and send the rewards to your local PC. Or you are selling the rewards on an exchange. Or some other use-cases I'm not currently thinking of Yes, understood. I have the VPS ready (just waiting to cryptopia for approval...). Would be interesting if wallet could stak on the same server, but no linux version yet Iīm afraid, right? How do you specify another wallet for rewards? When I followed the MN instructions didnīt see a command to specify that.

4.2 PHR is the current masternode reward. You can set up a masternode to send the rewards to a different address from where the 10k PHR for the masternode are held, so theoretically you could have a new address with 0 PHR receive 4.2 PHR masternode rewards.
What would be the benefit doing that? As I understood, all your PHR in the wallet are staking, independant from which address they belong, right? Forgot to say on my previous question, the one I checked with +2.8PHR had 10.500PHR in the account, thatīs why it made confuse, as I assumed would be a MN. Thanks for your answer and clarification
