I am fairly new to this forum and to the bitcoin industry. I am wondering what's the best way to purchase bitcoin, I am from the Philippines. Is PayPal a good way to exchange for bitcoins, or is it too risky for the BTC seller because of PayPal being reversible? Thanks in advance guys.
Forget about buying bitcoin with paypal, if paypal finds out you are also going to lose your account, since the risk of getting chargebacks is so high many people prefer to not trade at all with paypal and also you are going to get horrible fees, so it is better that you look for another way to get bitcoin. Noted that, thanks. I'll probably just go for local sellers of bitcoin then. |

I'd recommend you to use a trusted Philippines exchange you will be able to buy BTC with you're debit/credit card, if you have no experience in trading BTC or any alt-coins at all that would be the safest option for you to start with I am not sure how much % they sell/buy at that would vary according to the exchange/country you can look up for the most trusted PH exchange.
Regarding wallets, what do you think is the safest wallet. Or do they differ because of what countries they serve and not serve? I have read that coins.ph is the best bet here in the Philippines but they lack a little bit of security. I am using Jaxx and blockchain, I am sure you can use global wallets they would work just fine make sure to backup your funds and all the required security settings to make your wallet secure. I have just created an account on blockchain and probably gonna make it my main wallet. Thanks for the help. |

You need to be a Jr. Member at the least to be able to post images in this forum. Certain forum features were disabled for newbies as well so as to avoid spamming from hordes of newbies that were created to shill a certain thread, extort a certain user by PMs and avoid overall spam coming from newly-created accounts.
Hello, I have got that figured out a while ago as someone posted on my original thread where the image was posted. Do I need to delete this thread or should I just leave it be for reference to other people who are new to the community because I searched for an article about this and I found nothing that says you need to be atleast Jr. Member for the image to show up. |

Good day, I have been trying to post an image here in the forums I used the codes [img*][*/img] (without the *) but when I go and save the post, it only shows up as a link. Is there any workaround this issue or does this have anything to do with my rank?

You can buy BTC with any payment method, Depends on the seller ..
But the safest way is to always use escrow ..

Hey, I'm also from the Philippines and I think the best way to buy bitcoin is via 7/11. Aside frome being accessible considering we have 7/11 almost everywhere, the process of buying it is simple too. Just pay for the amount being purchased and it will automatically be forwarded to your coins.ph account. I hope this helps!  Does this mean I need to use coins.ph? |

Hello, I am interested on this job, I am a real fan of most e-sports and I have tried game blogging at one point but I got a little bit caught up on studies so I had to take it down and stop.
