Because lack of time and invest is some new project I am forced to sell site.
More than two years and over $3000 invested in developing the script that has been improved continually . It's much automated site with earnings that doesn't require much working ( about 30 min - 1h daily)

Some SEO (not spam) is done on website when started. Last 10-12 months from our side is not done any SEO, only what visitors shares. With few new quality post links (over 60 DA ) for short period site can go over 100k uv/day (I 'm talking about this according to my big experience ).
Site daily earns $18 - 25$ - only exoclick
This earning above is based on 3 ads, where two of them are not showing on mobile phone while vertically browsing and on small resolutions. NTV2 is limited on CPM (in exoclick admin panel), and when its below my limit, its show some Bongocash ads.
This earning is without footer ads, popunders, and IM ad. On home page, category/tag pages there are no any ads, so new owner could increase earnings using quoted spaces for ads. So far I have been trying to provide clear site for users but there is defiantly unused space for more ads.
Due the big page views you could combine two different ad networks/advertisers on 2 types of very important pages, to increase revenue .
Site script is using Sphinx db, which make website works really fast.
