Hi! Please accept our apologies, the Flare team has been extremely busy this week preparing for the presale. We will be managing our bounty scheme better in the upcoming weeks, as we also plan to launch more bounties

What is revolutionary in your network?
We're the first network that doesn't rely on a data harvesting model to monetise. We're trying to bring about the revolution in which we disrupt the advert-driven internet economy!

the total supply of this token is 100,000,000 but for tokensale is only available 30,000,000 (30%). how about the remaining amount (70%)? where it will be distributed?
50% will be utilised for the operation of the social network at the early stages. As fewer FLR are required over time to sustain the network we will release the FLR to be distributed. Any unsold FLR from the tokensale will also be distributed over 3 years.

Hi cryptomeo. Can confirm that your twitter registration went through, but your facebook one didn't. Can you try again for your facebook bounty registration?

Hello, I joined the Twitter bounty, but I have a question. In the form is written "Please use the #flare". Do we need to add #flare when we retweet, or a simple retweet is okay? And is there a spreadsheet ? Thank you Please use the hashtag #flarecoin in retweets, so that we can properly give you stakes.

So I had a look at the whitepaper. Quite intriguing. Wanted to know how Flare monetises and sustains itself in the long run.
We monetize through selling storage that users provide. But its the users of the network who get the benefit of the money. Presumably a share of the monetization will be used to fund the day to day running of the project? That's correct. Although we expect that running costs will be very low compared to competitors, since we don't have to pay for server costs

this concept may be in dire need of many enthusiasts for the success of this project, because it takes a lot of people in the community to keep this project going, but it is very potential for success, I am very interested in bounty, hopefully it works very well
Thanks for your comment! We agree that a great community is key to success, and we've been blown away by the enthusiastic support! It really helps for people to be spreading the word about Flare. Do check out our bounty program here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2313124

In the twitter form missing the wallet field? How will you pay the bounty?
We will be contacting account owners directly to ask for wallet addresses after the crowdsale ends. Otherwise anyone could claim to be a certain account and put up their address. Good question. And another one: How about reporting in twitter campaign?
After the crowdsale completes, we will review user’s posts through the Twitter and Facebook APIs. We will use software to count up all the posts and then send out the FLR to your wallet. The fact is that after 1000 retweets, old retweets disappear, and you can not count - what will you do in this case? We are aware of the API retweet limit. Instead of querying for the IDs of the retweets we will query for the IDs of the users who retweeted us: https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/tweets/post-and-engage/api-reference/get-statuses-retweeters-idsThere is a 75 request per 15min window limit on that call. but no limits on how far back IDs can be retrieved, so we can get a full list of users who retweeted us on each post. We simply repeat this for all our posts and add up all the totals to pay out bounties. Thank you for these information. I appreciate your quick response. You're welcome!

Sounds promising. We definitely need an alternative social media network that will not be sold out to the advertisers. I think we need to spread more awareness how Facebook is abusing our private information. Not all people are concerned about it, but they should be.
Thanks for your support! We definitely agree! The time is right for a social network that is in the interests of you rather than advertisers!

I read your message on social networks and do not understand the basic idea of the project. You write that your project does not give anyone information about users and at the same time, call to get your information. And what sense in it for users?
Hi Krezz2017! Right now when you use facebook, all the information you put - your photos and your statuses and comments - can be harvested by the company. With flare, all your personal information remains private to you, until you choose to share it with your trusted friends and family. Users earn FLR just by being users and using the social network
