1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the mission of crypto? on: September 04, 2018, 05:52:41 PM
To make our daily transacting lives more convenient. But for now, it is an investment. Give cryptocurrency a few years and it will become mainstream.
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HAS BITCOIN REALLY STOOD THE TEST OF TIME? on: September 04, 2018, 05:49:19 PM
Bitcoin has been around for almost a decade. That’s not bad for something that’s been regularly declared as dead, will die soon, etc. Cryptocurrency will surely outlive these naysayers.  Cheesy
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I wish! I wish!! I wish!!! Stop always wishing You bought Bitcoin in 2009. on: September 01, 2018, 02:54:36 PM
No point in crying over spilled milk. Learn from the previous mistake. Buy bitcoin now so that 10 years from now, you wouldn’t be blaming yourself for not buying bitcoin in 2018.  Shocked
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is dangerous.... on: September 01, 2018, 02:51:01 PM
Cryprocurrency is a danger to anyone who is too lazy to do some research. How can something virtual be a danger to society?  Lips sealed
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Fiat on: September 01, 2018, 02:46:21 PM
Bitcoin vs. fiat vs. gold vs. banks vs. governments. All of these can coexist for everyone’s convenience. No need to discard something.
6  Economy / Speculation / Re: It's all RED!!! This could really be the end. on: September 01, 2018, 11:44:28 AM
$7,000 right now. It doesn’t look like the end to me. Please stop the paranoia. Bitcoin will hit another record high before the end of 2018.
7  Economy / Speculation / Re: Another bull run speculated for Q4,2018? on: September 01, 2018, 11:33:54 AM
That’s what everyone is hoping for. It’s like history repeating itself. I am very optimistic with this prediction. A new record high before the year ends.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WHY DO MOST PEOPLE FORGET BITCOIN SO SOON? on: September 01, 2018, 11:28:41 AM
Because a lot of people who went has that get-rich-quick mentality. Not because they believe in bitcoin. And when they lost, they would rather forget about cryptocurrency altogether. Good riddance Cheesy
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will survive enemies it has created ?? on: August 31, 2018, 07:34:41 PM
Please stop the paranoid delusions. Bitcoin is not, and will not be an enemy of banks and governments. In the next few years, banks will include cryptocurrency in their portfolio of services. Governments will then approve and regulate these new products so that the public are protected. Everybody happy. Lol Cheesy
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Asking stores do they accept bitcoin on: August 27, 2018, 06:54:18 PM
No need to ask if a store is accepting bitcoin as payment. That establishment would probably have a big neon sign that says it accepts bitcoin. Or it would be all over mainstream and social media.
11  Other / Archival / Re: Future of crypto is good or bad? on: August 27, 2018, 06:47:16 PM
Cryptocurrency is the future. It will soon become mainstream, meaning a part of our everyday lives. Anybody who tells you that the future of cryptocurrency is bad, is lying. Especially if that person is still in this forum.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN MASS ADOPTION? on: August 27, 2018, 06:38:05 PM
Let the CPUs do the computations. Don’t stress yourself with the math. Mass adoption of bitcoin depends on how fast they can’t think of simplifying the transactions.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin a threat to USD and Pound Sterling? on: August 27, 2018, 06:34:53 PM
Bitcoin is not a threat to any fiat currency out there. Please stop the paranoia. Also not a threat to central banks, governments, etc. Stop watching conspiracy theory videos on YouTube. Bitcoin will coexist with all of them.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does crypto need to step out of Bitcoins shadow? Opinions please? on: August 27, 2018, 06:29:24 PM
Just because the market is down right now, we have to disassociate bitcoin with cryptocurrency? Not that it’s possible. Please do take note that to most people, cryptocurrency is bitcoin.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: NEWS Venezuela plans to create a cryptocurrency Central Bank on: August 27, 2018, 06:25:11 PM
At this point, anything is worth trying for the struggling nation. I hope this one works. Cryptocurrency saving a country would make a great headline.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: countries allow gambling, liquor, tobacco, horse racing then why not crypto on: August 26, 2018, 04:31:38 PM
Because cryprocurrency is a totally different from all those things you mentioned. Gambling, liquor, tobacco and horse racing has been around for centuries. These things will run even without the aid of computers and the internet. Cryptocurrency is too complicated for some people, even to some techies.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Financial Writers Predict Fiat Dollar Will Collapse and Rise Crypto on: August 26, 2018, 04:26:23 PM
Another conspiracy theory, courtesy of YouTube. Cryptocurrency can coexist with fiat currency, which has been around for centuries. Pretty sure the author has a lot of $ stored somewhere.  Cheesy
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is now a good time to store some Bitcoins? on: August 26, 2018, 04:22:21 PM
At $6,700 right now, it’s the right time to invest heavily in bitcoin. It went up to $8,200+ a few weeks ago. You’re lucky the momentum faded, it gave some people a chance to raise more funds.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung is going to accept Bitcoin on: August 23, 2018, 05:25:25 PM
I wonder what the skeptics reaction will be in this news. Imagine buying the flagship models of Samsung using bitcoin. Still think bitcoin is a scam or a Ponzi Scheme?  Cheesy
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are there so many assholes in ICO industry? on: August 21, 2018, 06:03:28 PM
Because there’s one born every minute, suckers. The world is teeming with gullible people and the assholes know it. The ICO industry is a target rich environment.  Undecided
