The BTC part is working well.

I requested for FUN withdrawal somewhere in August 8,
I received the confirmation email a week after, containing the TX as the proof of withdrawal.
But after checking the TX, no tokens were sent to my address as the transaction encountered a problem.

Klaruhin ko lang yung part na yan.
Hawak naten ang private keys sa electrum wallet.
Right-click mo sa wallet address tapos click private key.
Ilagay ang iyong password at ipapakita na sa'yo ang private key ng address na iyon.
Maganda talaga ang electrum wallet kasi pwede mo rin gamitin yan as cold wallet (offline PC)
