Hello everyone, it is a good miner but i have a question.
I am mining algo Cryptonight_v7 for Graft, getting 870 h/s per card with all my Sapphire Rx580 nitro + 8g, intensity=8.
But my temperature max looks like to be set a 75°C, is there a command to set it lower? Like -tt 65 on claymore.
And if there is some guys having better hashrate with the same cards, you are welcome if you want to share !
No there arent any commands for OCing/Temp control. Just use Overdriventool and set a Target Temp of 65 or something. Thank you, i will take a look ! |

I was thinking today.... wouldn't it be great if there was an autoexchange pool for miners? Maybe one delegate could offer 99% or 100% of the forged coins to voters, use Bittrex to autoexchange mined coins to ARK and then keep fees from the mining as a reward. Or maaaayyybbeeee.... something like that already exists and I don't know about it?  Please enlighten me if you know something! I was thinking the same, maybe open a ticket on Mining Pool Hub to set an Ark auto exchange? Btw, Ark really looks like serious, a good community, marketing have to be ready when the product will be at 100%, this is normal, this is probably why there is no hype, just wait for Ark v2 |

Well i am still new into and i don't to say shit to you, so better you look for someone else or to do as i did, to just do some research about it for a long time ! Hello Wacko, my GPU bios is suppose to be already configue at 950 mv, but it is not the same show by Hwinfo64, witch value should i trust? The one set on my GPU Bios or the software one?
I've no idea really. Not that it matters though, you can easily adjust the voltage without BIOS flashing with overdriventool. Just run it, set lower voltage in it and see whether your cards are still stable. The only thing you can't do without BIOS flashing is the timings, but they're already flashed in your case, so just experiment with the voltage with overdriventool for now. Then, when you'll find the stable values, you can flash them. Thank you, i will take a look and see if i can consume less power ! |

It's always better to have lower voltage for both the power consumption and the longevity. You don't need 1000+ mv for ETH only mining, most likely could lower it to at least 950mv without any hashrate drop whatsoever. Well it depends on you lowering the voltage and underclocking you GPUs can make its lifespan longer if you are good with the lower hash rates however considering what you have right now its already good specially the temperatures of your cards not exceeding 70C. The only problem that is that how lucky you are with your GPUs because of the silicon lottery. I believe silicon lottery not only affects the performance of a GPU also the lifespan along with the vram and capacitors of it. Still I am happy that you turn to ETH mining wish you luck on it.
Hey tenebriscaelum, i hope i will be lucky at this lottery as i was with my actual hashrate ! I already invested on ETH before mining, i really enjoy the blockchain technology and Ethereum, mining is a good way to push to understand better it. I hope all this will stay decentralized because the idea behind all this is really great for people and society, but it is my opinion ! You look like an Ethereum guy, may i ask you your opinion about ETC? |

Congratulations, I think you've done well, check for your power consumption, if you're not happy with it you can lower your voltages however it may also lower your hashrate a bit, its your choice.
Thanks for your advice, well i am at 580 power consumption at wall, probably a lot for this 3 GPU RiG. But i am ok with Power consumption, only stuff i worry about is the lifetime of my GPU, is it better for it to have a lower voltage or it doesn't matter? Have a good day sir |

Hello everyone, this is my first post here, after many years just looking at you talking about this wonderful world and decided to build a RIG for fun instead of just holding coin because i am having a very cheap electricity (thanks to the french socialism haha) Well everything on my RIG seems to be ok, but i want to know from you guys, if i am right to think that my rig is going well ! So let me introduce you to my settings with this pictures, and tell me if you see something i should change or not. Maybe some value are bad for my GPU in a long run or maybe i can gain more Hashrate or using less power? tell me guys, i would be very happy to see your point about it !  Is everything ok for you? All card are having same value, same bios, same setting on fan. Thank you for looking at it. |
