1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 600,000 DOGE Stolen - Please Help on: February 10, 2021, 01:29:52 PM
Well, you hadn't bother about those Dogecoins since 2014, hadn't put them on well-protected digital wallet and now in 8 years complain that someone hacked them. Just don't bother about Doges again. Faith the reality, you lost your Doges forever and can do nothing with this. Your situation might be a good experience for you to protect crypto in future.

Yes, you may be right, understand that they weren't actually worth very much until the recent activity so I hadn't really thought about them since 2014.
It was not an inside job.
I think perhaps my PC did have some malware and I did have an old wallet.dat file in a folder.
I have formatted the hard drive and changed all my passwords to unique passwords using a generator.

Thanks for all your comments,

Does anyone know how to use https://ciphertrace.com/financial-investigations-and-blockchain-forensics/ or anything similar as I would really like to know which exchange received the stolen coins so I can at least make an inquiry.

Thanks,

Hey,

I do have to go to work, so 24hrs is a reasonable time to reply...

It was a normal home PC which is connected to the internet when on. Windows 10.
Wallet was encrypted with a fairly weak password I guess.

Windows Anti virus and anti malware. Normal firewall with modem. Pretty sure it was accessed through the internet.

Can anyone run a trace so I can find out which exchange traded the coins?

I may engage a crypto PI if there is a lead.

Cheers,

3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / 600,000 DOGE Stolen - Please Help on: February 04, 2021, 11:05:09 PM
Hi There,

I mined 600,000 DOGE in 2014 and obviously wasn't really bothered about them until recently, so I spent the last several days syncing my wallet back up to speed.

I was horrified to see that all the coins were withdrawn form my wallet   Huh

My wallet address is DQGye4CxaxG6JWW3J4XW8iStkhqR7WzpnN

Two amounts were sent to DSt3upFE1Z31SUx9vE3XzmYv9HkTYZWogF on 27/08/2020 1st one of -376.07930954, followed by -601372.35450604

8/27/20 00:32 Confirmed (217901 confirmations). Sent to (no label) DSt3upFE1Z31SUx9vE3XzmYv9HkTYZWogF -376.07930954
8/27/20 00:37 Confirmed (217896 confirmations). Sent to (no label) DSt3upFE1Z31SUx9vE3XzmYv9HkTYZWogF -601372.35450604

No transactions between 2014 and the stolen funds in Aug 2020.

Any help really appreciated.

Hi guys, about dual ETH + XVG, how many coins do you actually get on daily basis and which HW and pool do you use?
It used to be a lot several weeks ago when Claymore introduced blake2s with 11.0. Around 700-80 coins/day with 6x RX580 if I remember well, even though all pools were very unstable at the time. Where do we stand today?

Thanks

i think you get around 3-5 xvg/ day for each rx 580...if you have 6 maybe not so profitable to give extra watts/card for 3-5 coins/day

I have 9 x RX 570 and 7 x RX 470
Claymore is reporting about 18 GH/s but nlpool is reporting around 15 GH/s
No many rejected shares so I don't know why there is a discrepancy.
Its early days for me and I need another 24hrs as i was dicking around with the latest AMD driver (well 18.1.1) and trying to get the [Suspicious link removed]pute part working!

Last 24hrs I earned 50 coins but i had a fair bit of downtime
WTM indicates 73 coins per day at a conservative 17 GH/s but note that WTM website difficulty is only 7.9m whereas pool indicates difficulty of 9.25m

Oh yes, its 400w extra over the 16 cards so, it is profitable where I live.

There are not enough Blake2s pools at the moment, I cant find anything reliable.
Claymore is reporting around 18GH/s and yet my pool is reporting 15GH/s.

Now that Verge has access to thousands and thousands of miners, thanks to the dual mining upgrade to Claymore ETH miner, the Verge community needs to capitalize on it.
We ETH miners need good honest & reliable Blake2s pools to mine verge.

Are you going to step up? If not we will mine some other coin or some other algo like Keccak as the secondary coin.

There is opportunity here if you can react quickly enough, Verge looks like the most promising coin to dual mine.

Does a network explorer exist for Verge? I'd like to see the distribution of hashing power across algo's and the entire network.

Cheers,

@Claymore

Hi,

I am wondering if you have plans to create a miner for RavenCoin (X16r algo). I would very much like to mine this coin but there is no AMD miner yet.
There is $500k Ravencoin bounty to produce a working AMD miner.

Check here https://ravencoin.org/ and here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2752467.0

7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v9.8 (Windows/Linux) on: August 09, 2017, 02:48:30 AM
Hi,

Thanks Claymore for v9.8 - keep up the good work  Smiley

@ H311m4n
I see you are running lots of rigs and have good hashrates (29MHs) from undervolted 4G RX 470's?
I came acrross this thread after upgrading to Claymore v9.8 17.7.2 drivers and finding WattTool doesn't work any more.
There is a new AMD GPU Tool here http://elsonsmith.com/amd-gpu-tool/ which has a developer that is not AWOL unlike WattTool.
I wonder if there is milleage in getting this tool updated to work with the new AMD drivers?

I have a rig with 6 x RX 470 4GB (4 x Sapphire Nitro and 2 x MSI Armor)
I am getting about 25MH for each card (Dual Decred) undervolted & stable.

Core 1000 @ 850mv
Mem 2000 @ 850mv
The whole rig pulls ~840w at the wall @ 150MH ETH / 2650 Dec

I will just talk about the Hynix Saphire Nitro's now...

My bios is strapped with only the 1500MHz copied to higher frequencies.
I have seen some bios upgrades which suggest using the GAME OC BIOS,

Copy Timings
1500 --> 1750 and 2000
1425 --> 1625
1375 --> 1425 and 1500

TDP increase to 100

I tried Core 1050 & MEM 2070 with my current modded bios and the card didn't go above 25MH/s.

What settings (Core, Mem, mV) do you use to get ~29MH/s on the Nitro's and do you suggest I should re-flash my bios using the above settings?

Cheers Mate,
SG

CGMiner Settings for HD7970 GIGABYTE GV-R797OC-3GD - F80 BIOS

I've just bought 2 x GIGABYTE GV-R797OC-3GD cards and they have come with F80 bios.
Has anyone got a decent hash rate out of these cards?

CAT 13.4
CGMiner 3.3.1

GPU-Z reports the bios of the new cards as 015.034.000.002

My existing GIGABYTE GV-R797OC-3GD cards have an F71 bios - GPU-Z reports bios as 015.025.000.007
My existing cards run at 720kh/s at 1043 GPU and 1500 Mem.

Any clues as to the best settings for the new GIGABYTE GV-R797OC-3GD - F80 BIOS cards?
I cant get more than 550/600 kh/s out of them and the same 1043 and 1500 clearly does not work.
All my cards are Rev 2.1

Can I flash the F71 bios onto an F80 card? Gigabyte suggest only the same series can be flashed i.e. F70 to F79 can be flashed. F80 would have to be flashed with a bios between F80 and F89.
Have they changed memory supplier or something?

Thanks for any advice...

Hi,

I am mining on the DGC P2Pool for nearly 24hrs.

Can you explain how address D99erPFYxti2gcT7xTQNgTRrdUtguh7Qka is receiving 8 coins per block mining at 1.1MH/s and I am receiving only 4 coins per block mining at 1.4MH/s?
My address is DTB4cvmoX2ahqhJJou59pSiEw3aA7D2SM7

Many Thanks.
