Is there a minimum I should meet in the pre-sale to be able to use the app without limits in the future? I'm definitely interested in this product once it gets on the market. Began to trade few months ago and while I'm learning I'm still far from having a good working strat, signals would help A LOT.

If you have funds dedicated to investment, do you think it is still good to apply the Free-roll strategy for managing your funds? I'm more fond to go all in, of course if I could completely afford to invest/lose the initial capital.

The global opening event will host representatives from the European Commission, the European Central Bank, the Lithuanian Government, world-renowned companies including; NASDAQ, NEM, Pillar Project, Pundi X, Qadre, PwC and hundreds of blockchain experts from Australia, China, Canada, UK, Belgium, Denmark, Georgia, Gibraltar, Ukraine, Israel and Latvia.
Yessss!! Finally, if your token would already been on an exchange it would have boosted. The pre-sale did, only ~30% to go, correct guys?

This video left me thinking. https://www.youtube.com/watch?=247&v=e9dZQelULDkWhy we care so much about getting the things we want if in a blink of the eye we just desire something else? Is this the human nature or is this an impulse created by the world we are living now, exactly the same that happens with flying insects at night who keep going around our lightbulbs until they burn? I don't want to sound dramatic though, just sharing something interesting.

I'm a manager and have 35 people at charge, a motivated worker is a happy worker so definitely keeping them motivated is an angular stone in any job. Everyone is different, which means all have different motivations so it's not an easy task.
However there are certain things that you need to do if you want to have a happy and well performing team.
A) Give them a purpose: Explain the business, tell them how important they are numberwise and what the slightlest decisions such as taking an extra break could have in the operations and the rest of their coworkers. B) Challenge them: 99% of people wants to be challenged in one way or another, this makes people minds stay fresh, give them new tasks everytime they dominate what they are currently doing, give them problems to solve without many instructions so they can be creative. C) Care about them: Listen to them and their issues, try to find the root causes of what cause bad behaviors, be open to what they have to say. Always provide feedback and positive reinforcement. ALWAYS. Praise in public and coach in private. D) Be there for your team: You are a leader, you never let your team carry you. You are the person who goes in the front and if they know they have your back your team will fight until the end whenever they have to.
NEVER use money as a source of motivation, money demotivates in the long run. Let me put you an example: Your boss gives you a raise then you are happy for let's say a few months, then afterwards you are no longer due to the fact you got a raise, then due to financial issues they decrease your salary, even though you are committed to the enterprise and the cause, wouldn't you feel super demotivated? Money only motivates in the 1-2 months term.
My 2 cents, hope I helped. I like to discuss about leadership, PM me if you would like some advice.

Correct me if I'm wrong, when you setup your miner, do you sign yourself into a miner pool? If that is the case then the winning pool would distribute the earnings amongst the workers based on how much they contributed to the block mining.

1.I think the lower ranked members is never going to rank up to legendary. 2.Soon there maybe a merit farming. 3.I am sure that not all the quality posts will get merits. 4.Mods,DT,merits sources are exchanging smerits between them.
I just want to hear more negativity if there, from the experts and seniors of our forum.
I agree with point 1 and 2 in the short term, in the long run more merit will be available to be given therefore it wouldn't necessarily focus into already existing high ranks, this is similar to what happens on reddit, furthermore is a super fresh system so let's give it a few weeks before taking a position.

Definitely this is one of the best moments to buy, rather than speculations and newbies purchasing because their friends made money with this people is purchasing because the coin has potentials to profit, the market will be back and hope it will be less volatile.

No way. Anything you can invest is good. To me, $70 is a great amount. Invest it in any of the top coins that are on a dip right now and you will make money. You won't make 100x your money but you might make $30, then you have $100 and then you can make $50, and so on and so on. Money is money, you don't need to invest a lot to make money
That is the most accurate I have read on this thread. Search for a coin that can quickly +30%, SIA as an example. Then trade in and out, exchanges won't charge exorbitant fees therefore you can make some slight profits in a few days. You iwll be able to turn these $70 in lets say $150 in a couple of successful quick trades. There are many altcoins that are good for this.

I'm pretty new at trading, but I do follow some sharks who share their graphs and analysis and normally set targets, I would sell within these targets unless some very specific signals appear, such as big drops or pumps.
