1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The start of bull market? on: July 19, 2018, 06:30:54 PM
This is more like a long run value provider, and not the a kick in the bulls bottom in my opinion. Great news, but certainly nothing that would start a instant bull run just because of this news. When the market sees a steady small growth over a period of time then the bulls will start running in the streets! Whenever that would happen  Grin
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM on: July 19, 2018, 06:00:22 PM
Thank you for the warning, sweet scam as mentioned. Good that someone calls these people out like this, so you might be warned beforehand. Hopefully google runs its robots on pages like this! Cheesy

Is the intensity functionality brought back yet? Did not see it in the changelog, but remember i was not the only one asking about it. Is it something that is planned for the next version? Cheesy

I support the proposal, EWBF_ everyone is looking for intensity fix Cheesy.
everyone or just hobby miners that need to slow mining down so they can Farcebook better?  Roll Eyes

Doesn't matter, but with the old algo without adjusting the intensity i could use my computer for different stuff. Don't use farcebook or any other book that matter, but for programming work and so on. With the new algo's it's impossible to literally do anything on my system. Changing windows is a pain in the ass!. On my part just a suggestion, especially since this new code is based on old code that had this functionality baked in. If it's an easy fix, me and several others i guess will start mining and paying "fee" to devs. Win win in my book, no?
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] dstm's ZCash / Equihash Nvidia Miner v0.6.1 (Linux / Windows) on: July 12, 2018, 01:09:11 PM
Is it confirmed that the new algo's will come to the dtsm miner?

7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: whats your plans for the year 2018 on: July 12, 2018, 06:45:36 AM
I'll just lay back and chill out, enjoying summer and the coming fall waiting for something to happen. Hopefully bulls are coming, if not i'll give it another year or so. If i find the opportunity i'll try and spend some coins on services/goods to help reach the actual goal of cryptocurrencies!  Grin
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins BETTER than BITCOIN? on: July 06, 2018, 09:08:39 AM
Common logic tells me me that a few altcoins do have the better tech then bitcoin, however the luxury of being the first of anything in this world do keep even the most flawed services or products on top for many years. I like and own bitcoin, but it has a few problems that should be addressed if it wants to be the best technology wise. But seems like popular demands don't always look at the technology and limitations at the moment.  Wink

Enig med de andre her, ser alt for kjedelig ut. Navnet er kjedelig og de lover ingenting nytt og spennende. Ser rett og slett for kjedelig ut etter jeg leste whitepaperet.  Undecided

Great project, all looks promising so far. Good community, been in the airdrops since AD2. Hoping this is the real deal, and that PRiVCY can get far seems like there is great potential! Cheesy
11  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin back on track? on: July 06, 2018, 12:20:00 AM
Hopefully everything will return to "normal", who knows we might be close to the return of bitcoin and hopefully most altcoins too! Cheesy

13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Plagiarism in Whitepapers, what do you think? on: June 28, 2018, 03:30:34 PM
When the developers take shortcuts on suck basic things as a whitepaper, it should be a major red flag to anyone considering to invest. Even if sources are mentioned i consider plagiarism anywhere to reflect the work to come in any project. I don't like it, condone it or invest in it.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FUCK! The Bitcoin is dead again. This time for sure. on: June 28, 2018, 01:09:05 PM
The btc is dead news is a annual event, the people that fall for is the ones that don't understand. People like my parents and the regular joe's that only read the news and never stops to investigate what it is. It has not died yet, and i think it never will. Only time will tell!  Wink
15  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How To Stay Safer With Your Private Key and Secure Your Crypto Assets on: June 28, 2018, 09:37:51 AM
Thanks, it's always easy to take a easy route on these thing. A friend of mine stores his private keys on a veracrypt volum with a 20+ long passphrase stored on google drive. Is that something you could consider pretty safe?
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are. You leaving crypto? on: June 26, 2018, 06:14:35 AM
I will stay in crypto for the foreseeable future, this technology is great and the usage potential is unique in my view. People selling in this market is exactly why the market is down. But recovery will come, and the sellers most likely will regret their decision in my opinion. Looking back at the time i sold most of my BTC way to early i would know! Wink
17  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Twitch now accept crypto! (AMAZON platform) on: June 21, 2018, 01:37:59 PM
If you read the article you would know that it wasn't Twitch that accept crypto, Streamlabs did. Streamlabs make it possible for streamers to accept crypto tips. So this isn't directly related to Twitch, let alone Amazon.

Well as i read it combined with the streamlabs announcement the article was based on i read it as streamers using the platform that is the twitch content creators can now accept crypto donations directly to coinbase as any other type of donation. So not connected to amazon in anyway, but still good news for crypto in general. I bet they have people on twitch focused on crypto and technology as well, it's not just a gaming platform as i've understood the twitch model before.  Wink
18  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Twitch now accept crypto! (AMAZON platform) on: June 21, 2018, 01:21:07 PM
This is really good, i've never donated anything on twitch but i know that alot of people do. Big money on that stuff, also i relative big part of their crowd is tech savvy so i guess it's a logical move. Hopefully this will result in more adoption and spending. Thanks for the news!  Wink
19  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: CYPYTADDICT on: June 21, 2018, 01:05:33 PM
Haha, funny stuff. Never thought about it, but sure it could be like gambling in a way i guess Smiley I see they already are into other treatments, if someone started a business on crypto detox alone i would be rather surprised  Cheesy
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: EWBF's Cuda Equihash Miner on: June 18, 2018, 12:17:33 PM
Great to see a new miner for Zhash. Kudos!!  Grin

As a desktop miner myself i'll jump on the train to ask for the intensity setting to be enabled. Never needed it on equihash, but now system get's unusable while mining. Hope it can be added some time soon!
I'll follow this thread for updates! Thanks again, i'll run this overnight and test it out   Wink
