1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥[ANN] BreezeCoin combining Real Estate with Crypto🔥 on: February 25, 2020, 10:06:43 PM
I personally believe that the lockup period of 6 months is too long. I know some projects even offer lock up period of one year, but I would prefer if there are several options as it relates to the lock up period to give investors the opportunity to make their choices.

Lock up period of 6 months of long. But why it is like that? Means one cannot get back the coins for these months once they started staking?

Mate just register at the site and you will see the different different packages which has return mentioned from 1% to 8% per month. 1% return is for small investment like 250 USD. For High return, need to go for big investment package.

8% interest is pretty huge. Even in developing countries you won't get such high returns. Do you have any financial rating or guarantee that this kind of approach is legit?

Its staking not "interest" basically you buy a pool of tokens which participate over 6 months in a blocked staking period. Which allows both to get investment and being on an exchange at the same time

I see. So its staking reward of 1 - 8%. It makes sense in this way. Do you have list of cut-offs when this reward % will change?

Seems like this is not a new project. Somehow I missed for long time then. How much money raised in your ICO?
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥[ANN] BreezeCoin combining Real Estate with Crypto🔥 on: February 17, 2020, 10:53:21 PM
They are using term as ICO because for staking we are not buying tokens from exchange for staking.
We need to buy a package from the Breezecoin site and then those tokens after hold period is over (6 months) will be delivered to exchange with rewards/bonus.
Good thing about this project is that it's backed by real estate project. But the Value of the tokens will depend of the success of real estate project.

Crypto project these days keep upgrading and innovating projects like this is now getting connected in real estate projects seems very interesting. Reading some part of discussions here you can tell that crypto and real estate is a good combination.

Interesting to see the information about resort options and payment using Breezecoin. Are you in discussions with any major hotel or resort partners?

I see in your first post, "next step in Las Vegas". What does that mean? Your next project is in that City? It are you going for some conference?

I don't think I understand this whole ICO+staking concept. But I just registered at Breezecoin site and will explore the details available. Hope I will have clear idea once I go through the documents.

I think its not ICO staking. If you buy and hold this coin, then you can stake like other staking cryptos. May be I am wrong. If it is ICO staking, then I am also interested in understanding this further.

Interesting to see the development. Can I conclude like this project is already in development and product in place may be beta testing or something? You work with lots of other real estate agents as well or you act as a real estate agent by yourself?
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: War affects the Entire Cryptocurrency? on: January 10, 2020, 02:58:00 PM
As I saw last days bitcoin pumps after Iran declared the war against the United States, On my observation its because some people on the middle east sold they commodities, some stocks and bought cryptocurrency to keep carefully their assets. Do you think guys war was favor on the entire crypto investors? You can share your thought now.

This is exactly what I mentioned in the other thread just now. War will not happen for sure. But rumours about war will get crypto markets high and conventional markets down. Balanced play is good in these circumstances.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Iran again want to make some dirty things on: January 10, 2020, 02:56:23 PM
Iran - US issue is somehow good for crypto market. It is not good for conventional investment markets like stock market. So lets enjoy the ride in crypto market due to these conflicting news.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin still or altcoins on: January 10, 2020, 02:55:10 PM
Bitcoin will rule forever. no doubt about it. Altcoins will move with Bitcoin. Thats how market will move higher in the coming years. If you hold positions, just hold on. You won't regret.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The World’s Most Crypto-friendly Countries on: January 09, 2020, 09:45:03 PM
Lots of European countries are crypto friendly. Especially Eastern Europe. South America and Asia apart from India and China are crypto friendly countries. Hoping for North America and other parts of Asia to adopt crypto for mass adoption.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Monero, Dash, Zcash, And Other Private Coins Be Delisted? on: January 09, 2020, 09:41:09 PM
I don't think about delisting all of sudden. still regulators are not even near to making some first hand decisions. Then how come they are start acting upon privacy coins?
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 5 Reasons to Buy This Coin in 2020 | Beam Review | Atomic Swaps | Halving on: January 03, 2020, 01:33:59 PM
Beam is quite popular and seems to be a good pick. I am not holding any because I am holding some other top coins which includes BTC. I would like to see some profits there before I take position in some other new altcoins.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this really a good plan? on: January 02, 2020, 06:21:16 PM
Few of my colleagues told me they quit bounty because many new projects are finding it very difficult to reach soft cap and those who manages to reach softcap ends up listing on ridiculous exchanges because of listing fee, a part of me feels like they are right because if a new project fails to aim for top exchange its game over,  the question now is why promoting new projects then?

This is absolutely my view also. Don't forget the scam projects and greedy ones as well. They are also spoiling the whole crypto world. Afterall regulations are not that bad on seeing all these negative things.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Altcoins getting Boycotted? on: January 02, 2020, 06:19:04 PM
In general people are getting scared about huge amounts of scammers around in the crypto market. May be people are going back to conventional trading and investment platforms such as stocks, mutual funds etc..?
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Saving for a House! on: December 31, 2019, 05:13:53 PM
We are saving for a house down payment of 40K.  I don't want to leave it in the bank as there is a old judgement they can take any time so i want to store it in crypto as we grow it over the next 6 months.  Is a stable coin the best option?  Thoughts?
Storing them in crypto is a very good idea because the profit in crypto saving is very high in a sort time period especially in the current timing when the halving period is ahead. It is sure that in the coming halving the price of BTC will be very high that it can reach to a double price or more of the current value of bitcoin.

Is this true? I heard it differently this time. I came across some articles in coindesk mentioning about different time ahead for Bitcoin halving and chart does not show the earlier halving times. However I would be very happy if BTC flies as mentioned by you.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is It true youTube has started restoring of crypto related videos? on: December 28, 2019, 03:53:48 PM
I have seen the news as well. They mentioned it as their mistake. But howcome one can make such mistakes especially company like youtube? What is the reason they are giving?
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your Recap for the year 2019 on: December 28, 2019, 03:52:23 PM
2019 was ok kind of year as I have offloaded some ETHs which I have received during early days. I missed highest level for exit. but after seeing the market further drifting down, its not that bad afterall to offload some.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Crypto/Blockchain hype over? on: December 27, 2019, 08:18:33 PM
I think hype is going to start very soon especially when the next bull run starts. We have seen trailer in 2017. Hope 2020 brings that bull run which is much needed one for crypto community.
