After a few days of receiving no response, followed by a canned message that made absolutely no sense, I started looking for ways to get in touch with the Bittrex staff directly.
The support page says they can be reached on freenode, IRC #Bittrex - but when you log-on, they've "moved to Slack. But the catch is, in order to join the Slack channel, you have to receive an invitation .. and that invitation is reserved for those with "enhanced" status... which is what they removed from my account when they downgraded it to "new". Which means I can only withdraw 0.025 BTC per day.
This is criminal. Is anyone on this forum doing anything more than complaining?
