3  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't Spend Too Much Time Trading? is that true? on: January 25, 2018, 02:35:44 PM
When trading you follow signals and patterns, if you are looking at the graphs the entire day then your heart can make you do a bad decision. This is why you set profit and stop loss targets when trading, to make it as automatic as possible based on the readings you have and the analysis you run. I agree you shouldn't spend too much trading as it can be counterproductive.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin need to be taxed? on: January 25, 2018, 02:33:19 PM
If you are a established company meaning you own a big amount of BTC and you render a service then you should pay your taxes based on your income as any other company. Any activity that generates a profit should be taxed, furthermore, exchanges as an example who are holding very large amounts of capital are at the aim of the governments. Taxes would be a middle ground between the dark and anonymous cryptoworld we are now and the world of the future where you can buy anything anywhere using a digital wallet.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Good news! on: January 25, 2018, 02:29:35 PM
Good first step to keep cryptocurrencies flowing into the real world. I believe if established companies are earning very large profits using cryptos then is completely fine to have them regulated and taxing. The governments don't want this free-will at a corporate level and I agree with that, otherwise centralization exists and becomes invisible... Hope it still makes it easy for the people, South Koreans have a hard time trading and withdrawing their funds, hope this changes too.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A good way to monetize Bitcoin in Europe: can you recommend one? on: January 25, 2018, 02:21:33 PM
Neteller bank account plus BitPay. You can move your BTC from any wallet to Neteller and operate with their merchants network througout Europe.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I need some Altcoin to hold longterm :D on: January 25, 2018, 02:19:14 PM
If you are looking for safety on your investment I recommend ETH. If you are looking for possibly large profits then go with a large scale project still under development such as ADA, SIA, WTC, IOTA, DATA. This would be my top picks
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why aren't there more women in Bitcoin? on: January 25, 2018, 02:17:11 PM
There are plenty of ICO's being ran by women though. Nonetheless men are more inclined to research complex topics in the digital world, as you can see system engineering careers are crowded by men. Now with bitcoin jumping to fame women from all over the world are engaging in the activity.
9  Other / Meta / Re: What is the function of the "Merit" score? on: January 25, 2018, 02:07:37 PM
What I frankly couldn't get is that it seems to be a specific amount of Merit that can actually be spent, high ranks should post in places where merit 'givers' read, otherwise regardless of they being active on the forum their accounts will rank down.

I can foresee people buying 'Merit' shortly... I don't know if this idea can span during time and actually make the forum a better place.
10  Other / Meta / Re: Could Theymos rename Merit as a Like? on: January 25, 2018, 01:59:04 PM
That is a good idea, I agree it could have more adepts. As you said I don't think most of the people would bother to 'Merit' useful answers to their questions, mostly to members and full members. Hero and legendary members are well respected and most likely will get merit easier than other ranks.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Utrust is a scam? on: January 16, 2018, 04:46:30 AM
I dont believe at all they are a scam, you just look at their team/project and will find out there is much to lose to be scamming.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I hate the xrp bankers coin but i want to get some on: January 16, 2018, 04:31:38 AM
you can get ETH using your card via coinbase or similar then trade it for XRP using an exchange such as binance
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth to Hold these on: January 16, 2018, 04:14:53 AM
ETH & XRP for sure will grow this year, hold ETH to the maximum, XRP will have some decent selling points througout the year
14  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain web wallet problem on: January 16, 2018, 04:08:16 AM
Not sure if i'm posting in correct thread...

Hi. I have a strange problem during the last month:
I use blockchain web wallet. About a month ago i began to be unable to send btc: the sending form was in eternal refresh mode (there is no field to put a btc address). The only thing support advised was to clear cookies.  Angry
Now when i login i see a 0 balance and no transactions in my wallet history!! Support simply ignores my requests on that matter. Can anyone tell me what's going on?

Try it using a private browsing window in your browser, the same happened to me and I was a ble to fix it logging from an incognito chrome
15  Economy / Economics / Re: Easiest way to make BTC? on: January 16, 2018, 03:55:37 AM
Mining or by bounty campaigns, there are still some that pay on BTC
16  Economy / Economics / Re: Imagine Bitcoin recognized around the world. on: January 16, 2018, 03:47:08 AM
It is happening, people is knowing about it with the highest transparency ever, that will allow people to make their own judgements and decisions around bitcoin... Even my mom knows about it, that is huge for me
17  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: January 16, 2018, 03:35:27 AM
Maybe in 10 years from now, my beliefs are the roles will invert, transparency that comes along with cryptocurrency will not allow outlaws to do business and they will use fiat currency so 80% of peoplewill use digital money (AKA current cryptocurrencies) and the remainder will user paper money due to different reasons
18  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How to overcome depression? on: January 16, 2018, 03:25:26 AM
Depression is not a easy deal... Good thing is that anyone can get out of it , your only enemy are your thoughts and your friends should understand there is a battle to be fight in front of her, it will not be an easy fight but in the end she knows her opponent more than anyone else... I've dealt with slight depression sometimes so im sure i'm not someone who can actually speak about it or give advise, but as in everything else in life willpower is what makes the difference.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you keep buying? on: January 16, 2018, 03:13:09 AM
Right now you will find a decent spot to buy, most likely will not go lower as it stabilized... Although you shouldn't expect to make sick grows like what happened in late 2017
