комиссии нет, посмотрел в блокчейне - при импорте BTG вся сумма перевелась на мой адрес в coinomi, за вычетом комиссии майнера 0,00017 BTG за транзакцию 1.5кб

Your link refers to file Bitcoin-Wallet-2.0.8.0.exe which virustotal check shows 31/64 detection result, https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/3fe0412556b7805a173e19c95ee9563c1aaee50f4e88f5606195f8f6dd3f47e9/detection so this is trojan also.

I wrote in telegram group about trojan in electrum space wallet stealing bitcoins which link is on official page, but was banned in group after that.
As for now, link https://github.com/selectro/electrum/releases/tag/3.1 was deleted from page https://electrum.space/#download
