So it seems like a shady way of just getting out of their contracts without having to pay anything. It makes no sense to take .05 btc for the entire thing, but I probably will barely make enough money to cover the new "fee". Bastards...

I just got an email from CloudHashing.com saying they're offering to buy out my contracts. When I logged in, this is what they offered:
Dear Cloudhashing customer: Due to the changed financial viability of our cloud mining service, we have decided to increase the management fees associated with the service to USD $0.15 (15 cents) per gigahash per month. This amount ($17.44 per month) will be deducted directly from your mining earnings. If your mining earnings are not sufficient to cover the management fees, you will be invoiced for the remainder amount. If your account remains in arrears for longer than 30 days, your contract will be terminated and your account will be closed. In order to avoid management fees, Cloudhashing customers may opt to sell their contracts back to Cloudhashing. You currently have 116.24 Gh/s of Cloudhashing contracts. Cloudhashing offers to buy these contracts back today for a price of 0.05473304 bitcoins. This is a temporary offer to customers who would choose such an option and expires at 12:00 midnight, Pacific time, on 8th February 2014. Thank you.
But its unclear whether the offer of 0.05473304 bitcoins is per GH, or whether that's the ENTIRE offer. If its the entire offer, that's nuts. If its per GH, I might just take it. But they just have a button that says ACCEPT. There is no way I'm doing it without clarification, but haven't heard back from them yet. Anyone else run into this? Anyone know the answer? Would you take this deal, assuming its per GH?

Works for me. The .03 refund/unit is a nice touch. Thanks!

Am interested for a couple/few shares as well. Is this still going forward?

Assuming shipping is in July, I'll be sending payment for 3 units.

Days? Weeks? Months?
Any estimate would be helpful.

Ahhh, sorry, the address is 1209 10th Ave. S. I will fix the original post. Thanks for pointing that out.

Just google the address for all the florida lots and you can see EXACTLY where they are located.
Regarding Cistern Cay, the airstrip on Cistern Cay is out of service, but the airport on Great Harbor Cay, 5 minutes by boat and where all the existing services are, is an international airport that is fully functional.

No financing, but I will of course accept cash.
Regarding the Cistern Cay lot, there is one house that has been built in the last year. The closest facilities are 5 minutes by boat to Bullock Harbor on Great Harbor Cay, which has airport and full facilities, as well as numerous houses.

So I have some land I have been trying to sell via "regular" channels, and figured I would also offer the land up to the Bitcoin community. Who knows, perhaps someone wants a Caribbean hideaway. Anyway, here is what I have for sale:
1) 1/2 acre BEACHFRONT property on Cistern Cay, Bahamas. For more info see cisterncaylot24a.com. Price: 250 btc 2) 1/4 acre vacant and buildable lot: 1209 10th Ave. S, St. Petersburg, FL 33705. Price: 75 btc 3) 1/4 acre vacant and buildable lot: 5 Pine track Trail, Ocala, FL. Price: 50 btc 4) Four buildable lots in Punta Gorda, Florida. Price: 40 btc each, or discount for multiples.
The four Punta Gorda lots are located at: a) 27463 Las Lomas Dr., Punta Gorda, FL b) 27467 Las Lomas Dr., Punta Gorda, FL c) 30200 Elm Rd., Punta Gorda, FL d) 30184 Beech Rd., Punta Gorda, FL
Please keep in mind that these lots are not for sale anonymously. Real estate being what it is, there is no real good way to keep your name private without paying an attorney a lot of money to set up holding companies for you. I am merely offering these properties with bitcoin as a form of payment. Appropriate contracts will be drawn up. Let me know if interested or if you have any questions.

The four hours is my issue. I don't understand how that is calculated. Do I have to be posting for 4 hours? Does reading count? How/when does the tracker acknowledge that I have been on the site for a given period of time? If I'm reading a long thread does the system timeout and I really only got 3 minutes of credit when I sat there reading over and over for 15 minutes? A little clarification on that point would be nice.

It was fun. Might try to improve the verifiable algorithm and run another one. I would greatly appreciate positive feedback...

I'm sorry to the old guy who is railing on me for being new. BUT I AM NEW.
I was new once. I have no problem with new people. Again, I'm "railing on" you because you are trying to "buy trust." That's not how it works. Well there's $13 I'll never see again...

Ok, money sent. For those who think this is a scam of some sort, keep in mind that I just gave $13 worth of btc to True___Blue.

I don't believe first/last have any higher chance than anyone else. It was all random based on the hash of the selected user. 75 mod 8 just means the remainder when you divide 75 by 8. 75 / 8 = 9 with a remainder of 3. So counting to the 75th user cyclically around the 8 entries, you end up on the third person. Hope that helps.
All, I would greatly appreciate a trust indication from you indicating .1 btc at risk, identifying this thread. I'm sorry to the old guy who is railing on me for being new. BUT I AM NEW. We're all just trying to get trust and out of newbie hell...
