Are the old tokens going to be of use at all?

Always like hearing a monthly update. Keep up the good work!
Might I ask to add a Discord channel at some point?
It allows for sub channels to sort various subjects, unlike Telegram where all discussions are in one chat.

Thanks for the info @barreBas_, I'm much appreciative of the new HY tokens and interested in what they will be used for. I still have no idea what are the old crowd sourced tokens are good for. I'm looking forward to the tokenomics and whitepaper for explanations.
@Text You're clearly being phished. Glad to hear you're smart enough not to click their links. If you've been following IOC then you know they have a web wallet on their site where your tokens can be viewed.

Kicking off 2020 with some big news, we just sent out the following email to our crowdfund donators: Dear reader, We are pleased to announce the kickoff of our hybrix token campaign! The campaign will start on a beautiful date: 02.02.2020! As a gesture for donating to the Internet of Coins project the past few years, you are selected as the first to receive the hybrix HY placeholder token. This placeholder will be distributed on the Ethereum chain. The hybrix token
The hybrix token (HY) is a token that lives on the Ethereum chain, Bitcoin chain, Ripple chain and all other compatible chains simultaneously. It is a true hybrid asset that can be beamed trustlessly across DLTs; a first in the world of blockchain and distributed ledger technologies. "To solve the problem of interoperability, HY operates both within and on top of all these ledgers. It can hold and move value between multiple DLTs. HY is a second-level token protocol that can transact units of account on a single ledger, or over multiple ledger (e.g. blockchain) systems. Its transactions are stored on the DLT involved." —Excerpt from the Yellow Paper How to receive the placeholder
On February 2, 2020 at 10:00 AM (CET) we will take a snapshot of all existing Internet of Coins wallets that contain XHY tokens on any of the seven chains these were initially distributed. Make sure to check your balance using your original wallet credentials so you are ready to receive the placeholder. After the snapshot has been taken, you will be notified the moment you have received the HY tokens according to snapshot data. We will also notify you as soon as HY becomes available on exchanges. This process takes some time, so please have some patience. Best Regards, Joachim de Koning Founder of hybrix and Internet of Coins Awesome news! Will this be a 1:1 issuance of HY for the 900k HYBRID tokens on all 7 chains? Is this an exchange that replaces them all? HY will be a placeholder token? What are the plans for the future of HY tokens? Looking forward to the snapshot.

im not sure whats with so many people shilling blocknet lately, seen a few alt discussion threads on it now i remember when it launched, i think everyone knew it was very unique and awesome, but most people i know just got caught up in Mother BTC or starting their own project at the time It will be interesting to see if it makes a comeback into the spotlight, i should see what they are up to this/next year here... no way 100-200$ tho haha
People shillin' it because more are trying it out and finding it works. I've used it recently but it does requires a technical understanding of wallet setup/configs that most people don't have the patience for. Expect things to pick up once the light wallet comes out and people can trade from there. Soon TM. Then there's the xrouter tech which is a whole other world of possibilities. No private servers, no iou's, just you and your private keys.

Can confirm Blocknet is the real deal. No IOU's here and you trade direct from your own wallets where you control the private keys. Have traded there myself.

What's up with the dog icon and the name "beaxy"? Just curious. It's a Badger. No idea who came up with the name Beaxy though. It seems there's a lot of exchanges that start w/ the letter B.

Any people here try to deposite and withdrawal at exchange beaxy? Did success or not?
No problems here both ways. Deposited BTC yesterday just before a dump and got myself a bag of BXY. I sent those BXY out to an ether address and all transactions showed up on the blockchain very quickly. Only issue is you'll need to add a custom token to view it in a wallet like MEW.

Nice to see another exchange and it looks like 24 hr volume has been 4x Chaoex. Never used ZB Mega but this looks like only USDT. Mainnet soon?

Form sent. May I also send forms for SCIFI and CAPS? Go for it!

So do I need to do anything to get the 100x coins? Or just do nothing and eventually my balance will be 100x? Also, is it worth it to run a service node currently? I couldn't find any statistics on them. Is it only the top 20 service nodes that get paid? What if there is more than 20 service nodes?
You won't have to do a thing and your Blocknet address will automatically be updated by moving the decimal over two places. I imagine it'll be a hard fork anyways and there will be a new wallet to use. Since creating my first service node it has never been cheaper to own one. I've been receiving two types of rewards, the 70% cut of new coins generated thru POS and 0.015 Block for each transaction my snode supports. And that's just the beginning, we expect to see fees for the XRouter and something called the XCloud (waiting on more info from the devs). Is there any decent step by step instructions on how I would set up a service node? What was the documentation saying about how there is only 20 in the queue or something? If I set one up I can host a couple blockchains I suppose. Is there any hardware requirements or anything? You can read more at their github for the setup: https://github.com/BlocknetDX/blocknet-docs/blob/master/blocknetDXservice-node.md and Here is a new document portal being worked on: https://docs.blocknet.co/Hardware limits are basically HD space and memory. If you're going to support twenty wallets you better have enough memory for it. I've never heard about the 20 in que thing and I've followed from the start. That sounds like a game of telephone, purple monkey dishwasher.

You should consider using Blocknet. Rather than hiring a team to build a decentralized exchange from scratch, I would suggest a different approach. www.blocknet.co is a fully open source, fully functioning decentralized exchange and it's completely white label on the sense that you can build on top of it whatever you wish. It won't ever cost you a single dollar to use it and you can charge your own fees on top. There is nothing to stop you building a DEX website on top of the Blocknet protocol. The Blocknet API is extremely comprehensive, and has all the commands you would expect to get the orderbooks, place orders, cancel orders etc. This powerful API is one strong point of the platform. The other being, it's truly decentralised in every sense of the word - no KYC, decentralized orderbooks, no custody of user funds, no centralized smart contracts, coins which are compatible with the protocol are automatically compatible with no listing fee etc. If you're interested feel free to PM me or reach out to the Blocknet team on the discord: https://discord.gg/2e6s7H8. And if you're interested in seeing some live orders on the blocknet protocol check out https://blockdx.coCheers I Love Blocknet! It's such an awesome feeling to see their DX running after all these years of hard work. But perhaps the best part of building w/ Blocknet is: there are no centralized servers for the feds to raid.

An unexpected edge case forced us to release an emergency BIS Hypernodes auto-upgrade. Check your Hypernode status and head over to the discord for help if needed. https://hypernodes.bismuth.live/?page_id=163Hypernodes that were properly installed with the sentinel should have been fully auto upgraded and are running fine. Time to recheck your setup if yours did not. Current HN version is 0.0.98c Auto-upgrade worked for my hypernodes. Good work!

And why do you need a privacy for every coin up there . Its not like we are international money launderers . or are we . the only privacy i need is BTC > Monero > BTC .everything else is just a waist of money . nix will be worth 0.01 cent by end of the year . Because the "everything that can be invented has been invented" mindset is one that deserves to be proven wrong.
