Zeros for me too now... though it wouldnt matter anyway until the password glitch isnt fixed.

I check this forum daily, and have contributed thoughts and comments along the way.
I have a considerable amount tied up myself, but choose to go the higher route.
The 'shenanigans' I speak of would be pertaining to piling court documents and added stress into an already stressful situation. This in my opinion would solve nothing at this point...it would only prolong and get in the way of what I hope will be a 100% solution.
Let the man work. I'm getting my money back regardless.

I dont speak about sueing. I speak about getting infos. The infos ukyo cant give because of legal reasons. I guess a lawyer should get the info. Sueing probably wouldnt help but without the info i cant judge what this all is. Its simply too hard to me to get what reason should prevent ukyo from speaking.

Your confidence is a nice thing... but i think you simply werent in the wheels of scams before. This confidence is something one has when he wants to believe. I want to believe too but i saw these kind of developments too often to be happy. I guess you dont have to wait long until you get told that someone stole your coins or so... nothing can be done anymore... the coins will be paid back from personal earnings over time. Such promises have been done by others already and we know now it wont ever happen again since these were clear scams. The no information policy of ukyo gives me no confidence that this will take a good end somehow.
Ya, I understand where you are coming from. The lack of information provided is stressful, and feels wrong...but it should feel wrong....as of right now it feels as though we have been ripped off based on the information...or lack of information provided. I have hope that there is a reason for this.
I would love to say I have not been scammed in the past but that simply is not true. After the first time, I knew I didn't want it to happen again. If in this matter my hope fails me, I remain confident because I have done my research.

Because parting people and their coin should be stress-free and effortless.
Because waiting and waiting and waiting some more has always paid off big up 'til now.
Because if there's anything we can take away from all of the previous scams, it's "wait FTW!"

BTW, thanks for making scamming pleasant & painless here.
Pirateat30, Sam Noi & TradeFortress send their love & ask you to just keep bein' you.

What you and others accomplish is nothing.
Like I said, I'm getting my money back, regardless...take that however you want to take it.
Good luck to you getting your coins back as well.

6.175% seems to be the magic number...I look forward to the future when the remainder is paid.

I appreciate on the portal site how it keeps track of the remaining that is stuck. It's reassuring that the record keeping side of things is still legit.

To all the people moving towards getting a lawyer, please just settle down. He clearly isn't going anywhere, he clearly was/is at Neo headquarters, things seem to be moving in a direction of resolution (a lil).
Chill out. It's getting tiresome. The more time spent with all those shenanigans the less time he/they will have to come up with a solution.

I am patient. With that said, I want what's mine.

I guess you dont wait since 2 months checking the forum daily for news and you dont have much at stake. If i risk one bitcoin only i would be relaxed too.
Ukyo never spent much time on shenanigans when he had work. Obviously he cant do much yet.

I don't know the reasons for this situation, but I would like to reference this:
Has no one given it the thought that by revealing too much information could result in a decreased chance of getting those coins back?
This was interesting to me. No I didn't think of that, and I trust that as a third party statement there may be some meaning behind this.
5  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The 2nd Stage Server Con ( Currently ~$2,000,000 ) 2 MILLION DOLLARS!! on: December 05, 2013, 02:09:19 AM
[03:34] <@Ukyo> its also been holidays as Danny mentioned.

Wow. Just wow. Ukyo is saying 'I promised to say what happened with over the 2 million dollars that was deposited into my exchange and than vanished into thin air. Maybe I'll give an answer this week. Oh sorry it's pushed back there was a holiday.'

Does anyone buy this?

This is the ole BFL "coming in 2 weeks" run-around.

Maybe, but at least BFL delivered.
6  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The WeExchange 2nd Stage Scam! Currently ~$1,000,000 (Check the NEWS) on: November 27, 2013, 07:41:50 AM
In this case I feel any response or workings of a solution is better than no response.
Power to ya Neo&Bee, I and many others will be awaiting some positive movement.
7  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The People VS. Ukyo (AKA WeExchange 2nd Stage Scam)! Currently ~$1,000,000 on: November 24, 2013, 03:30:48 AM
So, any word or information for the day?
8  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The People VS. Ukyo (AKA WeExchange 2nd Stage Scam)! Currently ~$500,000 on: November 21, 2013, 08:52:07 AM
I choose to refrain from posting any of my transaction id info on here.

1: This behavior mimics pestering, which in my experience makes the pestered feel              more anxious and frustrated.
2: It will not provide a quicker solution
3: I have faith it will be rectified

I do have a fairly large sum stuck and can sympathize with everyone's situation.
As previously stated, it would be nice to have something...any kind of regular updates to put others, and my own mind at ease.

Now that I've said that, I cannot guarantee I will feel the same way if this persists.

9  Economy / Securities / Re: [Bitfunder]&[WeExchange] WARNING! The Fall of Ukyo! on: November 19, 2013, 03:09:58 AM
Alright Ukyo thanks, it looks like you are working towards resolving this....

1 small thing again though:

It would be smart / kind / & reasonable if you posted a warning on WeExchange. Something like "Note that any deposits may be subject to an arbitrary holding period up to a month due to technical difficulties" or somesuch.  This is only fair as this problem has been going on more than month with notice given to folks who are depositing.

I agree with this and wanted to try to get that put up today.
I have also disabled the ability to send funds to BitFunder already.

Ukyo, although many have been understandably impatient, there are probably 10x more of us silently appreciating the work you're doing to fix these problems.  Your credibility is unparalleled is these parts.

Keep up the good work!

Silently....that's becoming harder to do. Any updates today Ukyo?

Just curious Ukyo...
Maybe this would clear for everyone here...
Would it be acceptable to post transaction id's and info here in order to process these withdrawals that are waiting, or shall we just wait in line.
There's a bit of confusion around that I think and getting that out in the open will prevent all the copy and paste info people are putting up.
Obviously, its a bummer, but whatever we can do on our end to ease the ridiculousness on your end would be better for all of us.

I think that from what Ukyo said so far, it is pretty obvious that manual withdrawals are processed in the order they were submitted on WeEx and any posting of ticket numbers here is futile.

On the other hand, I also think that it would save a lot of time for everyone if Ukyo posted some simple rules of the game. Like if your WeEx withdrawal got stuck, you have the following options:

1) Post a ticket on WeEx and wait in line until I process your transaction manually

2) PM me to cancel the withdrawal which I will do within a day (2 days, whatever...)

Something like this collected in a short post would help. And it would also help if once every day Ukyo posted the date of the last transaction he processed manually so that everybody could monitor the progress. This would immediately stop posts like "I tried to withdraw on xxx date, when can I expect to get it?"

In my stressed and sleep deprived state, this is what I meant lol

13  Economy / Securities / Re: Lab Rat Data Processing, LLC (LabRatMining) Official Announcement on: July 16, 2013, 06:57:15 AM

Dividends will be paid out on Saturdays ~12 noon Eastern Time(UTC -0500.)

If I buy the bonds on Wednesday when will the first dividend be paid?  Saturday the 20th of July 2013?

If so I will buy 100 BTC worth of bonds.

You don't get any dividends until the machines arrive.  After that you get 85% of what the machines you paid a 200% markup for mine.

If you don't want to wait you can achieve the same result faster - just send 2/3 of your BTC to an address you don't have the key for.

Where do you see a 15% fee included? It will be a zero fee company with all running costs covered by the company for life... As well as that, the hashrate per bond will be increasing over time.  In fact Dave from BitFury has agreed to fly out to meet me in order to present a working prototype to me.  I will likely be investing in BitFury a significant amount which will increase the hashrate per bond significantly.

Sorry - was confusing this with one of the other offerings trying to sell on hardware/pre-orders at a big markup.

Make up your mind whether you're running a bond or a share.

If it's a bond then fix in stone what gets paid.
If it's a share then add accountability in - and take your cut via a defined management fee.

This vague "it's sort of a bond but I'll try to give a bit more than X but without any guarantees and I'll keep whatever I feel like" approach just isn't one or the other.  Investors should know what they're entitled to from the contract.  If it's a bond then they're entitled to some fixed payment.  If a share then they own the output of everything bought with funds raised - less costs and management fee.

Hmm, this reminds me of people coming and viewing your belongings for sale on craigslist, yet spend the duration of the time kicking tires, and questioning its worth.
Its a very simple concept, either invest, or don't.
