My negative story

By signing up and passing the verification, I sent 11.10.2017 swift transfer 2000 EUR to make a deposit.
19.10.2017 (after 8 days) I created a ticket about the payment (#363516).
20.10.2017 I received the answer: "I will escalate this matter to the concerned department. The person in charge will get back to you in the nearest possible time for assistance"
24.10.2017 (13 days from the date of transfer). Since nothing happened, I updated the ticket. Received a reply from Finance Team: "We kindly ask you do not worry, your payment is under review of our Compliance department. As soon as they will verify your payment your funds will be credited to your account immediately".
26.10.2017 (15 days). I again reminded myself the ticket
28.10.2017 (17 days) I received a new ticket (#372068) from the Compliance Team with the formulaic request to provide additional photo identification document. That is, after waiting two and a half weeks, I was just given an additional automatic request. Faster it could be done?
30.10.2017 I sent the additional requested photos.
Today 01.11.2017, nothing happens, ticket is open (#372068). From the moment of sending transfer expired 22 days.

It's just hell
Can you help me to get my deposit in my account?

Same problem. Swift transfer of 2000 EUR is sent 11.10.2017, but still isn't enlisted on deposit. The support doesn't answer for 5 days. It is abnormal
The payment still hasn't arrived. 15 calendar days have expired.
Support has answered: "We kindly ask you do not worry, your payment is under review of our Compliance department. As soon as they will verify your payment your funds will be credited to your account immediately"
