If you believe that the struggle of bitcoin will end, you should just keep it up but don't expect too much on some ideas that it will happen at stated time by the other people.

I believe bitcoin gained many achievement but I think it is still far from its goal. There are still issues with the transaction fees and delays in payment that should be solved and also the stability of its price.

Bitcoin has value because it is being used by people therefore it is valuable. People earn money through it, people can pay online thorugh it and people can save it and earn more depending on price movement.

About profitability I think it will only depend upon the demand and the price of bitcoin since you already said mining can be anywhere but when it comes to temperature since miners need cool temperature to avoid overheat indeed antartica is the best. But there are no resources there and for you to mine there you need to bring all your resources to set it up and I don't think it will be budget friendly

Yeah if you want to earn money fast you will take a risk on it meaning you should be ready to lose it. Some people forget it when they panic here because they are supposed to be already earning lots of money but the price suddenly fell at times so they lose it instead but its part of the risky life that you have in crypto.
