1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / An Australian because I sold the keys, software, and all code to an Australian. on: March 27, 2017, 09:09:16 AM
Turns out he did not stay as secret as I wanted him to. Satoshi Nakamoto isn’t some silly guy who wants attention. He just wants to be left alone; in secret. How many bloody accounts do you think a guy has around these forums? Quite a lot.

You can use stylometry to check, but it won’t work. The Bitcoin white paper was written by me, machine edited and edited by me again, and then re-written by a program, which I touched up all errors. Hence its perfection. You’ll never trace me. I sold my identity for a reason. You all think it has to be a group, that the code is too perfect for one man to have written. That is pure idiocy. It’s concise and even and the years I spent making sure of that hold true today.

I told it to an Aussie for a reason.

You’ll never know who Satoshi is, just like it was meant to be when I left. Have any of you been in my presence? You can guess. You can think. You can hope. But you haven’t.

You are all Satoshi, and that is the most you will ever know. I won’t sign this. I won’t be back. This is the last message from the REAL Satoshi Nakamoto you will get. Ever.

u willing to cash deposit into becu in person? (not online transfer)

also i can just sell you in person if you want. i'm in shoreline.
Is there any way you can make it to Kirkland? It might not be worth it. I can do cash deposit into BECU in person, yes. I just have to wait for a few until I can get there. I can’t go this moment as I can’t drive.

How much RAM? I’d like to see pictures, please.
5  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS] 128GB white iPad 4 cellular, Verizon. on: January 20, 2015, 03:19:03 AM

It works flawlessly and it’s not iCloud locked. I’m charging the battery right now, as it’s dead, and will upload a few more pictures of the device’s about page, showing the size (128 GB) and the fact that it works and isn’t locked. I bought this the day the 128 GB iPad 4 was released, a little while after the 64 GB iPad 4 was released.

The only real minor caveat is that there’s a minor scuff on the rear side. I’ve never tried getting it off, but it might be able to be buffed off. Other than that little flaw, which is only on the back and will be covered by a case most likely anyway, it’s perfect.

Hope these images help.

So to clarify you would accept 1 BTC for the ipad 4?

No, no. That’s far too cheap. I’m still looking for 1.6 BTC for the iPad. I just need at least 1 BTC. Meaning I’d gladly accept something else alongside 1 BTC in the trade that pushes the value of your offer up.

I apologize for the misconception. That was my mistake.

Thank you for clarifying.
Not at all; thank you for asking the question. Are you at all interested?

Where are you shipping from?
Washington state, USA.

9  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for a 1 BTC loan until Friday. Paying back 1.2 BTC on Friday. on: January 19, 2015, 05:07:48 AM
I can bear the shipping costs, that’s not a problem. I do have 1.4 BTC coming, so I could use the 0.2 BTC to pay for shipping. I have fragments of the password, likely more than half and the only numbers that would’ve been used (in a specific location), but that likely won’t be believed. That’s not a big deal.

I get BTC Friday. So, I’m not going to cry if I don’t get a loan; and if I don’t get one by Wednesday, I’m just going to wait for the BTC on Friday. It’s not worth the 0.2 BTC if I can’t get one sooner (since that is the point, after all. Convenience costs. Haha).

But yes, I understand how cruel people can be and how untrusting everyone is because of it. I’m not saying I won’t do collateral. I’m also not saying I wouldn’t do a middle man type thing too (I’m also selling a white cellular 128 GB iPad 4, and could send that as payment for the Bitcoin, instead of a lend… or I could send money via BECu transfer to pay for them directly).’

Thank you for your input. It’s appreciated. Smiley
Well you want to think of it this way. If you want to get the loan by Wednesday then you would need to send whatever collateral you are sending via 2nd day mail at the very least. Assuming what you can offer is very light and very small, the cost of shipping would be at least $5 each way, or ~2.2% of the loan (for a total of 4.4% both ways). You are already offering 20% interest which is very high, so the shipping will only make your loan that much more expensive. (for bigger/heavier items shipping will probably be closer to $20 each way).

In regards to your forgotten password, there are a couple of services on here that can help you crack your password in exchange for a small bounty when the password is cracked. I am not 100% sure on this but I think they are in either the Project dev or technical support sections. You would obviously need to give them as much information about your password as possible.

It really isn't that people are cruel it is that many people have tried to scam on here and as a result are not very trusting.

You might be able to borrow money with your fiat cash, as you could do a cash deposit into someone's bank account and then the lender could the same for you when you repay the loan

Yeah, I understand that all. However, by cruel, I meant the people who scam. That is cruelty. Being untrusting is merely caused by them.

Thank you. Smiley

The screenshot cannot make lender to be comfortable! Due to ur member rank, some sort of solid collateral is required!
Did you not read my last post? Or the first? I left it up to the lender to decide what they want to do for collateral. I understand that. I just simply don’t know what to offer. I don’t have anything digital. I have $371 in two wallets which passwords I forgot. Other than that, that’s all that I’ve got I THINK. I have physical goods, but I don’t know how to manage that.

They’re more than welcome to give me suggestions. I’m open to anything.

Also, I don’t know if this is allowed, but I can always do a bank transfer of money to purchase the Bitcoin as well. I’d buy 1 BTC @ market value. My bank is BECU.

Escrow is fine. Pictures will be supplied to anyone interested. I’m looking for $350, or 1.6 BTC roughly.

Anyone interested? I’m really desperately in need of (at least) 1 BTC today. Stupid Coinbase is taking until Friday. Sad
14  Economy / Lending / Looking for a 1 BTC loan until Friday. Paying back 1.2 BTC on Friday. on: January 19, 2015, 01:17:05 AM
I need 1 BTC immediately. I already purchased 1.4 BTC on Coinable. It will arrive Friday. Is anyone willing to do this for me? Is there anything else I could do for you to assure you that I’m not trying to rip anyone off? I can show you a screenshot of the purchase order or something? I’m unsure. If you can come up with any other idea, let me know.

You’ll have your 1.2 BTC the moment I get a text saying Coinbase has credited my account.

Thank you so very much. I really appreciate you taking the time to read this, everyone. Have a good day!

I have up for sale one of each:

$450-iPhone 5s, 64 GB, Gold, Verizon LTE [Near-mint]
$550-iPad Air, 128 GB, Silver, Global Cellular [Near-mint]
$450-iPad 4, 128 GB, White, Verizon LTE + ClamCase Pro (white) 360˚ hinge bluetooth keyboard case [Near-mint]

Value of Bitcoin @ Coinbase sell price, at the time the trade commences.

Let me know if anyone is interested! Everything is near-mint, only has usage damage, and nothing has been dropped or broken before. All working perfectly with proper battery life, and they’re all three on iOS 7.1.2 so you can decide which jailbreak you want to have for your new device. Upgrade to iOS 8.1, or stick with iOS 7.1.2.

Smiley Thank you!
