So to REALLY clarifiy this: lets say investor x invested during the ICBM 1000€, he invests them in the 1. ETO (for this he has first look rights which is ok).
Could you explain what "happens to his first look rights regarding the future"? Lets say he sells his shares of the first ETO, does he then have for the next ETO for 1000€ again first look rights  (since he sold on another plattform the ETO shares) or not? My question here boils down  to the point if first look right is basically a 1 time right (You can fire your 1000€ one time only and thats it for eternity) or if after you sold your ETOs, or a certain period of time for example you can use the 1000€ again for the next ETO? That΄s still unclear to me even with the corrected answers.

Funds from ICBM are "single use". Once you spend them they are out of any constraints and additional rights like whitelisting. If you sell your equity tokens and invest resulting funds it is "new money" - no difference from other investors. I hope it is clear now..

And i would like to add to my question from last paragraph: or does he have for every new ETO first look right for 1000€?

No, he does not. First look right is for exact amount of funds you have in ICBM contract. And if you spend those funds your right in gone.

And one more thing while we are at it: What would your guess be is the first ETO more Micro, like 1mio € or more in the direction of 10mio or more.

We plan first ETO to be 7-8 digits, more than 1 mio, from a well established company with solid product, team and user base

Hey BNO

Thanks for this analysis. This is exactly why first look right is limited just to funds stored in ICBM smart contracts. No "new money" is whitelisted and it does not matter who holds the funds - "old investors"'s "new money" is not privileged in any way (in other words we give first look right to funds not people). Please also note that whitelisted "old money" will not receive new NEU for the investment. They already got them during ICBM. They are still incentivised or to skip whitelist or do add new money later to get more NEU.

You are right that having unlimited whitelist would discourage new investors from coming.  Considering this (long time ago) we had same conclusions as you are.
I'm sorry for the confusion, when talking here with Panor we indeed used "forever whitelisted" but this means "forever for icbm funds - until you spend them" not "forever for certain investors". It's like communication in aviation, we constantly improve how we talk about platform but sometimes some inconsistency slips in Smiley

To wrap up, here are guidelines for Neufund Token Economy.
1. Participants of the economy should become owners of ecosystem they create by
investing.
2. Resources that run Neufund platform are both capital and quality deals. Access to
resources is controlled via Equity Token Offering (ETO).
3. Value of Neufund platform is represented by Neumark. It enables platform
participants to hold share of its value and stimulates Platform growth via more
investments.

I'm trying to understand the whitepaper more. How do you plan to ensure even small investors will not have their coins controlled by the 51%? Is there a voting mechanism I'm missing?

On Neufund platform investors still make their individual decisions. There is no voting on where the funds should go. We are not following theDAO model which in our opinion failed in its governance. You have similar situation on NASDAQ (for example) - they are not making any decisions who invests where, they just organize the trade.

NEU is a token that is granted as a reward for the investments. If you invested in ETO and ETO met its fundraising goal, the company gets funds and you get tokens of the company. On top of that you also get newly minted NEU. It is a way of sharing back platform success to the investors - people that actually make it happen.

Devs, you are quite inactive in your own thread. Is everything well with your ICBM? Or maybe you don't believe that Bitcointalk can be effective new and marketing platform for your project?

Hey ogrudko

I'm CTO at Neufund. pre-commitment was launched on Sunday and we were quite busy. Here is the status, devs from the team will elaborate on some other interesting stuff below.

1. we deployed extensive smart contract system with a code base on par with other big Ethereum projects like Aragon and Melonport. where we pushed forward is testing: we have 1 test per 7 lines of code and some tests are really elaborate: for example simulating whole ICO process with 1000s of participants. there are 430 tests, and I feel we did our engineering properly
2. there are a few interesting coding patterns for Solidity, we also want to propose extension of ERC20 token standard that we want to use to distribute revenues from NEU and equity tokens
3. we had to totally push forward the toolset. it simply didn't work properly with our code base and number of tests we have. that includes truffle (we have own mod), solidity-coverage (many bugfixes around large number of LOC tracked), solium (solidity linter)
4. our smart contracts are paired with legal agreements that are generated from on-chain data. this protects our investors' rights both on-chain and off-chain.
Here is nice summary of what we deployed with links to github, etherscan and description of code base and tests

https://blog.neufund.org/tech-update-neufund-icbm-smart-contracts-are-deployed-and-ready-f27695e7fcaf

5. there is a nice D-APP at https://precommit.neufund.org that allows you to directly participate in the ICBM via any web3 injected wallet, Nano Ledger S or external wallet. We had to develop our own support to Nano Ledger S, smart contract ABI to typescript converter etc.

6. as there are no tools to monitor smart contracts now in a proper way, we developed our own (and it is open source) basically we decode all transactions and log events and pushes it to greylog. it is so simple but extremely useful.

Some interesting deployments are also coming tomorrow (for example to https://icomonitor.io). We'll be posting more info when public ICBM starts as well

Are you sure you can go ahead with a name as ICBM?
Even if you manage to find a legal loophole, most of the people will associate to Intercontinental Ballistic Missile than to your project. Not the best PR.

I've heard various opinion on this acronym. Most people find it funny, also the double meaning makes people curious.
