B - the House.

The main application of B as a utility token is in the Liquidity protocol where it is used as access to provide liquidity.

Derivatives trading is peer-to-peer by nature. In BorB, it's a bet between a trader and a pool owned by the house. BorB is built on a decentralized house model using the B token. Anyone with B tokens can add funds to the pools and place themselves on the house side of the trades.

Each B token correlates with liquidity in a ratio of 1:1. It means that for 1 B you can supply up to 1 USDC/USDT to the pool.

Идею позаимствовали у печально известных бинарных опционов и ставок на спорт. Репутация бинарных опционов была сильно подпорчена “чёрными” компаниями. От одной только фразы “бинарные опционы” начинало тошнить. В ряде государств их запретили, в некоторых признали, как финансовый инструмент, в других вообще не знают, что с ними делать и они плавают в серой зоне. C букмекерскими конторами тоже не всё так чисто. Однако, спортивному беттингу сотни лет и в нём вращаются десятки миллиардов долларов.

Основная ценность приложения - это некастодиальность. Т.е. пользователь сохраняет свои приватные ключи и активы на собственной стороне, не предоставляя их третьей стороне. Таким образом, можно пользоваться платформой, имея нулевое доверие к ней.

Перенеся на блокчейн (пока только BNB Smart Chain, Ethreum и Polygon добавим позже), мы сделали механику независимой, честной и прозрачной. Всё согласно новой философии web3, где власть больше не сосредоточена в руках корпораций и брокеров. Равные возможности зарабатывать получают все. За открытие позиций, результат, доходность, выплаты, котировки и т.д. отвечают теперь смарт контракты. Управляется с помощью программного кода и технологически не зависит от человеческого фактора. Мы же просто администрируем и поддерживаем систему и берём за это 1% комиссии от сделок.

Платформа имеет 3 основных протокола:


1. Trade
Для получения прибыли трейдеру нужно сделать прогноз, будет ли цена через 5 минут, час, или день, выше/ниже текущей цены. И этот прогноз должен быть верным. Угадал, заработал 80% к депозиту. Не угадал, потерял. Никаких аккаунтов, регистраций, подтверждений и KYC. Полный цифровой суверенитет. Взаимодействие происходит напрямую со смарт контрактом, просто подключив кошелёк.

Конечно же не может каждый заработать. Деньги не появляются из неоткуда. Победители зарабатывают деньги проигравших. Так устроена, к сожалению, вся финансовая система. Мы видим на ОЧЕНЬ большой статистике, что предсказать движение цены можно. Кто-то делает это чуть лучше чем другие. Средний винрейт по сделкам 53,08%



2. Earn
Классическая реферальная система, только на блокчейне. Пригласи друга и получай 50% от комиссии протокола (0,5% от каждой сделки этого друга, пожизненно) в стейблкоинах USDT и USDC. Не важно, прибыльная это будет сделка, или убыточная. Опять же, всё максимально честно и прозрачно.

3. Supply
Вместо брокерских денег выступают пулы ликвидности. Фактически, пулы ликвидности – это явление, аналогов которому в секторе традиционных финансов не существует. Когда трейдер делает не верный прогноз и теряет деньги, они как раз оседают в пулах ликвидности. Из этих же пулов выплачиваются и прибыльные сделки трейдерам.

Пулы ликвидности формируют вкладчики. Это так называемые “совладельцы” бизнеса, которые и получают всю прибыль от потерь трейдеров. Вкладываешь стейблкоины: USDC или USDT в пул, взамен получаешь Token+. Это LP токены пула, которые являются гарантом вклада в конкретный пул ликвидности, и определяют вашу долю прибыли, получаемой от сделок в этом пуле. Все монеты заведомо публичны, лежат на смарт контрактах и никто не имеет доступа к ним, кроме самого вкладчика. Прибыль распределяется на всех вкладчиков пула каждый день и на эту прибыль так же капает процент, т.к. автоматически реинвестируется обратно в пул. Чтобы вернуть свой вклад и набежавшие проценты, необходимо вернуть эти LP токены.

Чтобы держать APY на высоком уровне, лимиты для вкладов в пулы первое время ограничены до $10M. Дальше ограничения могут быть сняты. Эти и другие вопросы будут решать уже вкладчики, путём голосования. Подобно тому, как судьбу акционерной компании решают мажоритарные и миноритарные акционеры. Вот только в отличие от предельно устаревшего фондового мира, здесь все запредельно прозрачно и открыто. Каждый шаг. Каждая операция. Токены управления (DAO) будут распределяться между всеми вкладчиками, а не строиться на иерархии. Никаких паблик сейлов и эйрдропов. Чем больше токенов, тем весомее голос.

Конфликта интересов, как у классических брокеров с трейдерами, тут тоже нет. Главное, это не допускать больших просадок. Встроенный алгоритм риск менеджмента регулирует баланс каждого пула от сильного перекоса, и уменьшает процент выплат трейдерам (минимальный 20%, максимальный 80%), если доходность падает. Доходность системы всегда должна быть 2-4%. При таких условиях, успешные трейдеры забирают деньги у неуспешных, и пулы зарабатывают на обороте.

В крипте не существует границ. Крипто трейдеры из любой точки мира могут делать прогнозы на платформе 24/7. Китай проявляют особый интерес. А уж ставки азиаты просто обожают. Поэтому, от азиатов, а так же американцев, планируется получать основную доходность пулов. Присоединяйтесь

Возможные риски:

1. Взлом смарт контрактов. Кто бы что ни говорил, но любой протокол подвержен атакам. Аудит на уязвимости вы можете провести самостоятельно, все смарт контракты лежат в открытом доступе.

2. Просадка пулов ликвидности. Ситуация, при которой трейдеры всегда делают верные прогнозы. Или, грубо говоря, толпа разгонщиков-мартингейльщиков заходит в сильный тренд и высасывает его, а заодно и запасы пула, досуха.

Хоть это и игра с нулевой суммой и матожидание не в пользу трейдера, а мартингейл это почти как приговор, о рисках мы всё же должны предупредить.

1. Trade

2.Earn

BorB blockchain-based referral program opens a way for protocols, websites, wallets and individuals to earn USDT and USDC stablecoins. It is a system of a smart-contracts that settle the split of commissions from the trade volumes on the protocol to referrals (protocol commission 50%, referral commission - 50%). Lifetime!

3. Supply

Instead of brokerage money, there are liquidity pools. When a trader makes a wrong prediction and loses money, they just settle in liquidity pools. Profitable trades are also paid out to traders from these pools.

Liquidity pools are formed by investors. These are the so-called “co-owners” of the business, who receive all the profit from the losses of traders. You invest stablecoins: USDC or USDT into the pool, in return you get Token+. These are LP tokens of the pool, which are the guarantor of a contribution to a specific liquidity pool, and determine your share of the commission received from transactions in this pool. All coins are public, on smart contracts and no one has access to them, except for the depositor himself. Profit is distributed to all contributors of the pool every day and automatically reinvested back into the pool. To return your contribution and profit interest, you need to return these LP tokens.

In order to keep the APY at a high level, the limits for deposits in pools are initially limited to $10M. Further restrictions can be lifted. These and other questions will be decided by contributors, by voting. Governance tokens (DAO) will be distributed among all participants, and not built on a hierarchy. No public sales or airdrops. The more tokens, the more weighty the vote.

There is no conflict of interest, like classic brokers with traders, here either. The main thing is not to allow large drawdowns. The built-in risk management algorithm regulates the balance of each pool from a strong skew, and reduces the payout percentage (maximum 80%, minimum 20%) if the yield falls. The yield of the system should always be 2-4%. Under such conditions, successful traders take money from unsuccessful ones, and pools earn on volume.


There are no boundaries in crypto. Crypto traders from around the world can make predictions on the platform 24/7. The Chinese are particularly interested. Asians just love betting. Possible risks:


1. Hacking smart contracts. No matter what anyone says, but any protocol is subject to attacks. You can make an audit for vulnerabilities by yourself, all smart contracts are public.

2. Drawdown of liquidity pools. A situation in which traders always make correct predictions. Or, roughly speaking, a crowd of martingale-drivers enters a strong trend and sucks it dry, and at the same time the pool reserves.

Although this is a zero-sum game and the expected value is not in favor of the trader, and the martingale is almost like a verdict, anyway we have to warn about all the risks.
