1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some bounty managers have no experience on: August 17, 2019, 09:48:04 PM
Hahaha.. I just ignore most bounties I see in the forum as soon as I learn the bounty manager handling the bounty. They are so inexperienced and judging, most of them do not have experience in bounty management and just take up jobs as long as it fetches them some cash.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: investing does not have to wait long on: August 16, 2019, 04:10:23 PM
Investing depends on the particular one you wish to go for. There is long term and short term investment plans. Long term is called that for a reason because some people like to invest and watch their investment grow much more than it should in a short term. It doesn't have to be long if you've seen a good profit in a short shile. Might just decide to take that and reinvest.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can I buy tokens with credit card? on: August 16, 2019, 04:04:39 PM
I won't advice this for a newbie though it's a very easy way to buy crypto. Most exchanges are not secure and this might lead to data leak which may affect many who ahs their credit cards details stored in the exchange. If one must buy with credit card, I will advice getting a completely different credit card details only for that purpose. You send exactly the lunt of funds you need to make the purchase with the card, use it and leave it empty until next time you want to.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Publish0x July Update on: August 16, 2019, 04:01:30 PM
This is a very good way to earn BAT, I've signed up and it works, already started earning BAT.

I will be transferring my content that I create onto this platform and I think that any crypto writers should do the same. Even if you are not a writer, I wold recommend this platform as a way to earn crypto without investing your capital.

You can sign up through the link in the thread. Hope to see you guys there!

I signed up about a month ago but I haven't really used the platform. May be because I do not really understand the activities going on there. I mean how the tipping works and all. Seems I have to give it a try and see how rewards are accumulated there.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How often do you check crypto prices? on: August 16, 2019, 03:58:02 PM
I will say you are much better than me at that. I know it's not good but I check the prices of my holding almost every hour. My own addiction is topnotch and I really want to stop that. Sometimes though, it helps me know when to convert some of the coins I hold to USDT so the value doesn't drop the more.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin today on: August 15, 2019, 09:45:10 PM
Am thinking, if only investors will loom the way of altcoins and put in their investments more there, the expected altcoins rally will surely come. Much more investments are put in bitcoin and this has really put the altcoins at a tight spot.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you still hodling that shitcoin? on: August 15, 2019, 09:41:10 PM
Personally I see a future in every coin I hold. I refuse to tag them shit coins because a shit coin might wake up someday, unexpectedly to give a surprising spike. Its always good to hold coins you have belief in not any random project. I remember buying low sat coins then, today I do not think I can do such with my level of knowledge in the crypto space.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Poloniex Delisting 23 Trading Pairs, Whats The Effect? on: August 15, 2019, 09:36:41 PM
I do not think the delistment can have further effects
The token are being delisted due to close to non existent trade or orders for it
Thus; the trading pairs are better cleared off to avoid distraction on other contending pairs

This is just about the reason. What effect can it possibly have? Or may be the exchange will close down because of that? I do not think so. Most projects in exchange do not have significant trades and volumes and its understandable enough to clear them off and accommodate better and good projects.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin or Bitcoin on: August 14, 2019, 02:40:11 PM
I really wish that more investors will look the way of altcoins rather than bitcoin. Bitcoin has gained a lot of weight in the space and I see this affecting the altcoins. I won't deny that I have most of my investments in Bitcoin, I also hold most altcoins. There should be abalance in both for a sustainable market.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Dex exchanges are safe? on: August 14, 2019, 02:34:36 PM
Am not a fan of dex but I believe its safe to a reasonable extent. I personally, I can only use such dex on Metamask because that's the only platform I trust now with my funds. I don't think funds will be lost using a dex anyway cos first you will have to connect with an authentication on Trust Wallet or Metamask.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Its Ethereum on: August 14, 2019, 02:30:49 PM
Eth is still a coin am holding for a very long time. You see ethereum and Bitcoin, any good investors will do well to have a lot bags of them. I know many panicked during the last ethereum fork especially the newbies but what happene, the project is still in gear. The developers of ethereum are at top speed, not like they control the market to determine the value. Hold for long term, my humble advice.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: if anyone hacked your account then who is responsible??? on: July 30, 2019, 09:57:44 PM
When account is hacked, so many factors is considered to determine the reason for the hacked account. It might really be the fault of the exchange, that is if you were careless with the privacy of your account. When an exchange is hacked, I believe it will affect most accounts generally and not just an individual account.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bad days for crypto on: July 30, 2019, 09:55:09 PM
It's normal for this type of market to be experienced once in a while. Its merely a correction if I may say. The market volume is really down but its a good time for investors and traders to stock up their bags and wait for the rainy days. This kind of bad days won't last.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Income from crypto trading. on: July 30, 2019, 09:50:48 PM
Losses is what everyone should expect when trading cryptocurrency. The right thing is to be ansle to manage the losses. I think its good to do a buy back as much as one can when there's loss in order to make up for the loss when the price of the coin increases.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO can be a safer investment option than ICO on: July 30, 2019, 04:01:11 PM
Joining IEO remove's the risk of holding a bag of worthless tokens compare to traditional ICO.

With IEO all investors are secure that they can freely liquidate their bought coin after the IEO sale. While in traditional ICO it carries a heavy risk that the token/coin might not be listed on a exchange.

I don't quite agree that IEO guarantees the investors of coin liquidation after the sales. What if the coin gets listed and yet the investors gets to lose a better part of their investment. For me, the only advantage of IEO over ICO is just that the coin gets listed after all, but it doesn't guarantee the success of the project except in few cases of IEO conducted in a good and reputable exchange like Binance, Kucoin, etc.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How does a perfect Bounty Campaign looks like? on: July 30, 2019, 03:54:15 PM
A perfect bounty campaign looms like one where you have the rules of the bounty well stated, followed by the bounty manager and campaign promises delivered as purely stated in the rules. I have a particular bounty manager who fits into this and that is Jolin. When you follow her bounties, you will understand the true meaning of perfect bounty campaigns.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounties. IEOs or ICOs. on: July 30, 2019, 03:50:52 PM
I suggest you research just the same way you did to find this one cos there are many bounties out there that one gets confused on which is good and not. Well, choosing a bounty, you need to consider some things like the aim of the project, the team, the community, the bounty manager, and most importantly the terms of the bounty. With these, you can decide if to go ahead on the bounty or not.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hot Altcoins on: July 30, 2019, 03:46:55 PM
When you stumble on a good and profitable altcoin that's when you realise that even the top 20 altcoins are just there cos the projects has made name for themselves. Good and hot projects are there in the coinmarketcap only if you can look closely and do some research.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is USDT Tether safe? on: July 29, 2019, 07:58:33 PM
I don't know if keeping usdt is safe. But I see all exchange support usdt and everyone uses it a lot, and it can directly convert to legal money. Therefore I also keep usdt. Hope that it maintains its criteria
I have it, even I often use it to store my daily trading assets. it's safer than storing in other crypto forms that move very dynamically.

Most trader prefer to keep their assets in tether because there's no fear of dump or whatsoever. I think tether is very safe. Printing of tether and the that affecting the price of bitcoin is what I do not understand. Nevertheless, we all need the market to grow and tether being a part of the market is one growth if the presence will bring improvements.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't get your hopes too high on: July 29, 2019, 07:52:21 PM
Don't get your hopes too high when promoting bounty projects especially bounties with very high allocations like in millions of $$$ ,they are never the same again unlike in the past ,all you have to do now is just depend on yourself and promote good projects and wait for end results.

You just hit it. Bounty is quite very disappointing these days. Even the ones you consider good project with integrity end up disappointing. The best bet is yo keep your mind open when promoting any project and be ready to accept whatever comes out of it, be it good or bad.
