I have over 5000 MOJO's in limbo tried to transfer to coinexchange

and they are just showing in wallet no transfer has occured

I created the wallet on 11/18/17 after it got up to date it said at the time expect earn a reward in 3 days and it has been back and forth and now it states 5 days have I done something wrong or do I need to do something else I have initially put 5324.17411369 MOJO  in the wallet

I am unable to get the kore wallet to download properly, ask for a password, or pass phrase but I have not set one up as of yet\
