Avoid Poloniex!

They have dropped my withdrawal limit to $0 - in response to my uploading a valid ID card. $10,000 worth of alt-coins that I can not access. Unbelievable. They do not answer support requests.

They seem to be attempting to steal the coins.

Unanswered service requests for months. They have dropped my withdrawal limit to 0 as soon as I started to withdrawal.

Any recommendations of legal action I could take? $30,000 at stake.

For months has not answered support requests. Dropped my withdrawal limit to $0 as soon as I started withdrawing. Everyone should get there money out, if they can, ASAP.

Additional Notes:After my complaints that they were not raising my limit (over $2K) were ignored, I began withdrawing, so they dropped my limit to $0.

My support requests (#431491 Pending verification) have been ignored for months.
 

Get any and all money off of Poloniex ASAP, if you can. Scam.

They are holding my money, dropped my withdrawal limit to 0, and never responded in months to my support ticket #431491

I had entered data for their three tiers of support but they never upgraded me past the first. They had all of the information on me and it was in order. Nothing done to violate their service.

After I moved $2K back to Coinbase, they invalided my basic permissions. Forced me to re-upload my ID again. Now it is pending. They have not answered any of my support requests in 2 months. They are holding a lot of my money.

How to move a thread to "Service Discussion" I wonder...

For two months they have not answered my support request to raise my withdrawal limit over $2k. Now they have lowered it to $0!
