1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / [BOUNTY] Delphi Markets Bounty Update (PARTICIPANTS PLEASE READ) on: October 28, 2017, 03:36:44 AM
Delphi Markets Bounty Update

As we have previously announced, Delphi Markets has been discontinued due to internal strife with a single team member. We have chosen to continue on with the project, without said team member, as Delphi Systems.

All participants in the Delphi Markets Bounty Program are being grandfathered into the Delphi Systems Bounty Program. You will be compensated with the Delphi Systems token, PHI.

This means you are automatically included in the Delphi Systems Bounty Program and your past work still counts towards the total amount of PHI you can earn.

For example:
If you contributed X to the Delphi Markets Bounty Program and want to contribute Y to the Delphi Systems Bounty Program, at the end of our crowdsale you will be compensated for X+Y.

You may view the spreadsheets from the Delphi Markets Bounty Program here:

- Blog Posts
- Translations
- Reddit
- Bitcoin Talk

As you can see, we are still missing a few ETH addresses from the last Bounty Program. Unfortunately, we are unable to access our email account previously associated with Delphi Markets. Please review the spreadsheets that you are listed in and email us at bounties@delphi.systems if any of your information is out of date or missing. In the email please include all relevant information such as: the bounty you participated in, your username associated with that bounty, and your ETH address.

The Delphi Systems Bounty Program is no longer using a point-based system. However, the points you accumulated in the Delphi Markets Bounty will still be honored. You may read more about the Delphi Systems Bounty Program on Bitcoin Talk here or the Official Delphi Systems Bounty Program announcement on Medium here.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to direct message us at bounties@delphi.systems and we will get back to you with answers as soon as possible.

Delphi Systems Bounty Program

Note: Please also read our Official Delphi Systems Bounty Program Announcement on Medium for the full details.

We are very happy and excited to announce our updated Bounty Program for Delphi Systems.

With the new bounty program, we want to:

- make sure that any and all contributions (no matter the format) are fairly rewarded
- discourage users from trying to "game" or abuse the program by committing to suboptimal or arbitrary point systems
- align bounty participants' incentives more directly to the results achieved
- provide a smoother submission process
- encourage more creative and genuine contributions altogether

Contributing

We will be accepting submissions for Twitter, Reddit, Github, Translations, Blog Posts, and more.

To submit any sort of contribution, please visit our bounty submissions page and fill out the form on the page. From there, you can tell us what you've done (and give us URLs/links or other proof to see it firsthand), along with an ETH address that you would like to receive compensation at, and an email address that we may use to contact you.

Please note: it is essential to include a valid email address with your contribution(s), so that we may remain in contact with you as Bounty Program developments unfold. All communications regarding this program will be handled through bounties@delphi.systems and emails should be directed to this address if any questions or concerns arise.

Each submission must include the username associated with your submission, a valid email address, your eth address, and links to your work. We will be keeping full records on the back end as we review everyone's work. If you have any questions on the work you have submitted and the amount of PHI you may earn for your work you may contact us directly at bounties@delphi.systems.

Note: The total amount of PHI an individual participant earned will not be finalized until the end of our crowdsale and the conclusion of our Bounty Program. Any figures quoted in PHI prior to the end of our crowdsale are not set in stone and are subject to change.

Tokens

The final quantity of tokens allocated as bounty rewards is dependent on the total sum raised in the Community Token Auction. We hope this encourages contributions that meaningfully help to grow and strengthen the project. Of the total supply of PHI, 60% will be distributed via the Community Token Auction, and the remaining 40% is split between the Founder's Token Pool and the Bounties Token Pool.

The Bounties Token Pool will be allocated a minimum of 10% of the total PHI token supply. The Bounties Token Pool percentage allocation increases linearly from there to a maximum of 25%, in the case where the Community Token Auction cap is reached. Please see our [allocations page] for an interactive chart showing the possible token allocations that would result from various auction outcomes.

The bounty rewards from this pool will be distributed at a rate no lower than 2% per month and no higher than 10% per month, beginning in January 2018.

3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / [ANN][ICO] Delphi Systems - A Worldwide Oracle Marketplace and Ecosystem on: October 28, 2017, 03:19:53 AM
Delphi Systems
Catalyze the flow of information and harness the power of truth.

Overview

Though smart contracts have incredible potential, they are blind to the world beyond the blockchain. For external information, these applications need oracles to provide them with data. Since a contract's input determines its result, the oracle involved with a smart contract ultimately has the power to decide how that contract behaves. To truly solve The Oracle Problem will undoubtedly require input from experts in many different fields.

So far, the approaches to the so-called Oracle Problem have each fallen into one of two categories: centralized oracles (which can defeat the purpose of even doing things with a smart contract at all) and rigid oracular consensus engines, which are difficult (and expensive) to develop, use, and upgrade.

We are taking a different approach: rather than committing to one particular solution, we're focusing on building extensible distributed frameworks and full-fledged signaling mechanisms. With these tools, we aim to build a worldwide oracle marketplace and ecosystem, and unlock the true power of the blockchain.

Token Details

Token
Information
PHI (Minimal Token)
The minimal token is a standard ERC-20 token contract, implementing only the default token functionality. It implements atomic approvals, protecting against approval-related race-condition vulnerabilities that are present in many existing token deployments. It also incorporates a special-case transfer protection (which does not affect the transfer method signature), to prevent accidental direct transfers to the peg contract.
sPHI (Signal Token)
The signal token contract is based on the MiniMe token design, which is an ERC-223 (and ERC-20 compatible) token implementation that incorporates advanced functionality including balance-snapshot archives, direct token clone support, and optional token controllers.

Total PHI (Φ) Supply: 50,000,000

For further information regarding PHI, sPHI, and The Compound Token, please refer to page 11 of our whitepaper.

Auction Details

Token PoolToken AllocationPercentage
Community Auction30,000,000 PHI60%
Founders & Bounties20,000,000 PHI40%

Soft Cap: None (We intend to tackle The Oracle Problem regardless of the outcome of the token auction.)

Hard Cap: $21,000,000 (We chose this value as the “absolute maximum valuation we are willing to accept in the earliest stages of our project” and it should not be considered the figure we are expecting to raise.)

Currency Accepted: ETH & BTC

Early Bird Auction

Dates: Nov 1, 12:00 PM UTC — Nov 11, 12:00 PM UTC (1509537600–1510401600)

Details: The first phase of the auction requires the user to have a whitelisted receiving address. Anyone can apply to have an address approved and whitelisted via successful registration here.

Contributions to the Early Bird Auction will receive a 20% bonus in the quantity of tokens received, relative to the contributions made during the Main Auction. The Early Bird bonus tokens will be released (vested) in a series of five equal installments, each spaced one month apart, beginning one month after the distribution of the other (non-bonus-associated) Community Auction tokens.

Main Auction

Dates: Nov 11, 12:00 PM UTC — Dec 15, 12:00 PM UTC (1510401600–1513339200)

Details: The second phase of the auction does not require registration or address whitelisting, though contributors will still need to recognize and agree to the Terms & Conditions of the auction in order to participate. The auctioned tokens will be distributed in proportion to contribution values.

For further information regarding the Token Auction, please refer to out Medium article here.
