About.
Hemp cultivation has been around for thousands of years, with new uses for hemp being continuously developed. Through time the benefits and usage of the miracle plant have been discovered, and the material can be used for a wide range of products!
Previously the cultivation of hemp has been prohibited; as the most productive source of fiber, oil, and protein on our planet, it seems prohibition was unnecessary. Today, we have industries that give us process and products that have led to the unprecedented ecological crisis and worldwide destruction of the biological heritage that we should bequeath to our children, grandchildren, and future generations.
A mixture of industrial hemp, lime, sand, and water – hempcrete is the cutting edge of innovation in green building. This eco-friendly alternative to concrete can be used to provide better quality housing as well as cars and clothing.
With increasing demand for hemp-based products across the globe, there is a need for good quality hemp that can be moved around the world at a rapid rate of speed. Our reproduction factory enables a token holder to reduce transaction costs and the speed of shipping by allowing transportation from the factory to customers.
One of the biggest issues for farmers is the upfront costs required to cultivate hemp. Crop futures have been used by larger crop producers to write off these costs by pre-selling a portion of their crop. Through the Secret Trees token, hemp farmers will have the same option. The metrics for the portion of crop to be sold will be decided by Secret Trees, we aim to take into account failure of crops, weather fluctuations, accidents, etc.
 
Description.
After processing hemp, three different materials are produced and gathered;  Hurds, Fibers, and Seeds.
Hurds (are… put a brief description of exactly what Hurds are here (woody fibers from the core plant.. and a little more if needed?)… and can be used in products such as roofing tiles, wallboards, fibreboards, insulation, paneling, plates, fashion products and furniture, etc.
Fibers (are… put a brief description of exactly what Fibres are here) in the after manufacturing process can be used as paper, geotextiles, fashion products, textiles as recent it can be used as straw for bale in wall construction for heating or alternatively, can be blended with mud for cob style construction.
Seed extraction methods are also emerging to gather the oil since they achieve high yield. Such methods use hexane, liquid carbon dioxide, and ethanol as solvent. Refining and deodorizing steps can be required in cosmetics manufacturing. As well as personal hygiene, soap, bath gels, shampoos.
 
The various options include technical products, fuel, printing inks solvents.
Secret Trees
The goal of the Secret Trees project is to utilize the benefits of industrial hemp to produce eco-friendly products for customers, through use of state-of-the-art technology.

The benefits of farmers using our token include;

Secret Trees research has provided a reasonable conclusion. The fact that within 30 years single-family household costs will increase dramatically, hence Secret Trees have prioritized alternative construction materials to reduce these costs and promote sustainable development.
The most familiar example of these alternative construction materials is “Hempcrete,” a lightweight, cementitious composite made with industrial hemp hurds. Secret Trees produced Hempcrete is a unique blend of specially produced hurds, lime, and water. We produce this in modular blocks similar to concrete masonry units.
! Hempcrete should not be mistaken for reinforced concrete as the materials are not structural, nor can it be used in foundations since the natural fibers will degrade with prolonged exposure to moisture.

Economics / Tokens life cycle.
STO Offering of "Stable Coin" Concept.
Of proposal for two token construction.
Proposing two tokens from which one can be offered as securities asset to raise funding.
The STO is tied to industrial hemp seeds weight x1 STO = 1000g.
The other token generates from the fundraiser STO proposing to 1/3 proportion and with KYC/AML applications to it.
The volatility of the STO coverage with x2 or the x3 ratio of the second token.
This will be achieved by the secondary token acceptance as full "utility" to reproduce the harvested hemp from individuals or companies. Which projects platforms interest is to keep two of three (A, B or C) materials from the reproduction process.
The secondary token ”utility” will be used in secondary markets/exchanges which gives direct access to the platform.
The principle of Secret Trees token is its utility, which will give a unique option for farmers and individuals to reproduce their own grown hemp by a destined amount of ST tokens. Precise quality per-token is still undergoing research.

Not sure will I catch some real forward thinking people on this, but try is a try. scammers, fishers can fuk off immediately!

So, me and my wife are legit owners of a 22ha great property next to a 9km long lake in Latvia, EU.
Idea is to make x30 holiday renting houses- cottages and place miners in them, with top leisure and sports events to increase profit portfolio.
The miners will be placed under the houses, so their function will be as heating optionally in winter seasons.
So the holiday houses rent/profit is planed to cover the miner fees and the electricity costs.
we plan to make an ICO with a buyback with % of the interest for get such huge project funded.
As well you will be able to buy, rent lots of stuff from our camp and on web.

Consider this, its an investment in property which will be run for travelers and tourism, So it comes out. Crowdfunded, family run, paid by traveling Smiley

Hi Everyone!
 Not sure where to ask such thing help, but here is the story on this..

Me and my wife are legit owners of property which is 20ha and is located by a ~11km Lake in Latvia.
  In Order to sell some part of the Land in 2008 A detailed plan for the construction of private houses was elaborated on the basis of a local government request. The price was LVL 22 000 (EUR 32 000)
As a result, we did not have such money and the land was rewarded to make the plannings.
  Now is the time when we want to sell some land to make our business plans because our daughter was born. But on October 17, 2017, the Municipal Development Committee, denied that plan to be worked out. Plannings were made for communication lines for our territory in order to let people have water, sewage, etc. now they suggested to develop a tourist destination for travelers, campers etc. Such financing from us won't be possible because we do not want to take loans in banks, and projects proposed by the municipality, which will be interested to get our property again for free!
 After all, we are now actively looking for supporters for our business project, and we are planning to make exclusive camping park, with summer/winter cottages, 5 exclusives Treehouses and many more active laser on the water and surrounding.
 Understandably, such financing, according to our apron and white-paper, is about 1,9 million euros.
Is it possible or is it feasible to look for such funding here in the Crypto Community?
We plan business in the long term with 20 years + as we want to live at the site and make a family business.
Please, what are your comments, because we do not want to lose property, and want to make a crypto community site with lots to offer!
