I'm thinking in buying 6 RX 480 and a MSI Z170a SLI LGA 1151 MOBO? Will I have any hardware compatibility issue to connect 6 cards?

I was looking for something cheap. I found this one for 83 USD. How many gpus can it have without risers? Slots: 2x PCI-Express 3.0 x16 Slots (one runs at x4), 3x PCI-Express 3.0 x1 Slots (Flexible PCIe) 2? 3? 5?... 1 for the size (width) of the card? https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01968M8WYAny other MB recommended to start in a budget?
