I don't think the "potential collapse”  you are referring is highly possible. The world is not yet ready to embrace the digital currencies, it takes one world government for that. Just on this concern the possibility is still fatal enough to conclude that digital money couldn't abolish the fiat.

Drama will always be the normal scene in crypto currency and as long as ICO and crypto currency in the market exists, drama has no way to stop. Because of being government has no control in crypto currency scam will always possible everyday to anyone and then drama will come to be followed by selling crypto in panic stage. This thing is just ok because it balance the situation of the community in crypto world and whales will lost their food if panic sellers will gone.

Making money instantly during the time of the fall of crypto currency in the market if that is what you mean.  Maybe you can find a coin to invest during ICO but that would be hard as if you are searching  gold. I suggest that you should better choose to find a coin with good history from the fall and then always made to survive, this may take a long time hold due to the negative condition of the market but its ok. Better to wait than earn nothing.

If the reason of being poor is foolishness then everyone has ultimate life chances even the in the place where modernization is not known specially the lack of of education.
