I think Bitcoin will not be affected by any money. So if the dollar falls, Bitcoin will be converted to another currency, namely YUAN. I think it's impossible at the moment cause Bitcoin is a digital currency so internet is needed when anyone want to use Bitcoin. Beside Bitcoin is not legalized in any country yet so we can't use Bitcoin for payment directly.

Maybe if you invest in Bitcoin at the right time when Bitcoin only about 1k$ or less than that and keep it until know you'll become millionaire ) But I think it's really hard to hold Bitcoin for a long time ).
