2  Economy / Service Discussion / Cryptopay- Be extremley aware on: November 17, 2017, 08:44:45 PM
I have opened an account on Cryptopay. Created a virtual credit card, played a little with small amounts to see how smooth the service is. Then i used it for a large amount of about 800 EUROS. I got a refund from a hotel booking site of 800 euros after a double payment was made by them by mistake. The website asked me to provide ANY credit card, to which i would like the refund to be sent.

I gave them the virtual credit card of Cryptopay. Then a long, frustrating process began. Account was blocked, endless exchanges with support for about 10 days. Each response taking some times 2 days. They required me to go through KYC which was understandable. But then the suffering begad. No matter what document i sent, according to their request, it was not good enough. Every other reply from cryptopay asked for more documents, new requirements, just an unsatisfiable thirst for documents.

At the end of the process, i got a laconic reply saying basically that they decided to keep the money. They will not send back the 800 euros to the sender, and they will not release it on my account. Free money in the pocket. Or better say, plain robbery on day light.

Please advice me what i can do to defend my self from this outrageous robbery. They are not even replying to emails anymore.

I feel robbed and god darn helpless and it is not a nice feeling.

Please help! 100 euros will be sent in bitcoin to the one who helps me get back my money.

PS since they are UK based I will probably file a claim in one of the following

3  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Selling verified Leupay, iCard and Sogexia accounts with personal IBAN on: November 08, 2017, 06:49:08 PM
Thanks for the offer.
I was asking myself the exact same question the last few weeks. What will happen when reports sais no such person exist.
Will it trigger a homeland sec investigation? then it is dangerous business. if some efforts are put into it, it is easy to track id of the faker, by locating transactions etc. Avoiding tax is one thing (fines), fake id is prison

5  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: IBAN Mastercard card with EU Bank account (Escrow Accepted) on: November 05, 2017, 06:49:49 AM
This looks like a viabuy account. According to the details and limits given here. It could be "legit" (viabuy with fake docs) but no guarantee viabuy will not ask one day source of funds and block funds before getting them.
6  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bittrex banned all Iranians. on: November 05, 2017, 04:28:52 AM
I am not from Iran (Born in Israel actually). Not answering tickets for 15 days after disabling accounts is ridiculously unjust. If it was governments account it would be a different story, but if this is true that it is a general ban - citizens should not be treated that way because of their government actions.

Thanks for bringing this to the public attention. Hope for you they will give some answers soon!

8  Economy / Services / Spend bitcoins with non verified service? on: October 30, 2017, 09:31:25 AM
Does it exist? or else how to spend bitcoins anonymously ? Lets say i have a stocked up bitcoins in an anonymous wallet. How do i spend it in fiat without having to expose them to EMI's or banks that are all applying today with AEOI and report a file with name and balance to the account holder's tax authorities?

advcash, mistertango all of them are licenced and must report.

Of course one option is to go dark, but then risk prison, not just fines...

Any ideas?
