1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Mention on Alex Jones Today & Mention of Bitcoin Forum URL on: July 23, 2011, 08:00:05 PM
i listen to alex jones's show every day.  screw waiting another couple months.  start calling him weekly and put forward the information and the listeners will respond with a large increase in demand for bitcoins.

as alex would say: HIT EM AND HIT'EM HARD
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Exchange Watcher program V 1.5 [Open source] on: June 26, 2011, 07:23:05 PM
At the time of this writing, gox is just coming back online, 107$ worth of trades have been made. The program seems to be confusing volume of trades with bids, as it shows $107.9 as the current bid.  Ask seems correct at $15, but bid should be also around 15.

i am getting this as well

4  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: BTC Guild - 0% Fee Pool, Long polling, JSON API, invalid insurance [~275 gH/sec] on: May 30, 2011, 12:05:58 AM
now that deepbit has been down for over 1hour+ and slush having difficulties there has been a huge increase in traffic to btcguild.  i have switched my miners over there and i'm getting tons of rejected shares and Warning: work queue empty, miner is idle in my phoenix miner.   is this error because of huge increase in traffic that btcguild is having difficulty handling?

Been down over an hour... time to switch pools I guess.

the pool is great and tycho you do a good job always monitoring and getting it back up as quickly as you can and you respond right away.  but that doesn't discount the fact that you keep going down reguarly, pretty much almost daily now, and for extended periods of time.  can you setup something so that there is 0 downtime?  an automatic backup of some sorts?

10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Prerecorded Bitcoin national radio ad starts today! on: May 21, 2011, 08:25:18 AM
to get good value for your advertising dollar consider advertising on alex jones radio and internet broadcast at www.infowars.com

he has very cheap advertising and he reaches a large audience of over 1 million per day and a lot of his listeners are the types of people that would be interested in btc.
