You need to speculate to accumulate in crypto just as you do with fiat. The alternative is to get a job paying in the currency of your choice, you need to figure out what skills you have that can be sold. Good luck.

I don't think so. The reason is our government's wont allow it to and also how would you use crypto offline? Cryptocurrencies will not make money disappear.
