I sent 2 deposit to C-Cex account from my Windows wallet and Mpos-pools but never receive it. On the blockchain cannot track infor for any transaction after December, 17th 2017. I ask C-Cex for support but they cannot help.

Support first gave me a copy & paste of the general "check if you have unconfirmed incoming tx" which I obviously don't have. Then they said I should try again because "it's working, now", but I don't have any BTC to try, anymore. ^^ I think it's just a technical issue. I know the operator of the exchange a bit (not much, really just a bit) from a common chatroom in the past, and he's really dedicated and trying to offer a good service. Hello, I did not know today the Exchange is in limited service and I've just made a withdrawal then the coin was drop to 0 but the transaction is not recorded in history, the Email transaction confirmation link was received but not working.
