Is there a decentralized version of USDT ? or any project is doing it? I feel the centralized version has huge risk to invest. If there is no project, I would love to gather a bunch of people to develop it.

Investing in an ICO is like investing an early stage startup company. I will look at the team, the whitepaper, the plan and how good their execution is. Frankly speaking, I only invest in the ICO which I know the team well. Otherwise, it's just like gambling.  

My friend suggested LVT http://lives.one to me, said it's an stealth-mode project supported by some popular browser. just my 2 cents.
