Good news!!!! Check Tenx Engineering Q & A youtube video. Someone asked "Alvin, can you surprise me?" Alvin replied that Tenx have Bin or Vin number and cards are coming out really soon. It is at 49:10 mark
So if they were are to send out cards then does this mean that Tenx have banking license?
Indeed, this is quite a news. And yes, it has to be the BIN (bank identification number). Of course "soon" is very relative and TenX usually doesn't seem to hurry too much. So if they have Bin number that indicates that they have banking license right? nope brendon.tenx Admin TenX Team 7:41 PM BIN is not financial license, no.

Any eta when the cards actually come out? It's been a while since I first heard about the project and I believe that it would be a huge success, however the wait and no info from the actual team is actually killing it.
Tenx has not announced any information regarding about the cards brendon.tenx Admin TenX Team 9:45 PM we've been working with multiple issuers, our first is completely integrated, and we have the BIN now. the others are at different stages, as we finish those we'll launch in their respective regions https://youtu.be/pdp5QPao4Gc?t=2942

I don't understand about Tenx, Paycent which is not listed on any big exchange and had their ICO last year but they are sending out cards now
Those cards are Debit FIAT cards like Wirex, Revolut and more. Nothing like Tenx cards What are you talking about? Tenx card was a debit card Debit FIAT cards. You have to sell to fiat first before you can spend it - not a true crypto card, Nothing like Tenx cards

What are you talking about? They are doing regular updates and everything looks like it is developing very nicely... Okay tokencard just got delisted notice from bittrex. Will the same thing happen to Tenx ? It is because of security stuff? Both have similar structure, the dividend stuff.
FUD Why the hell a question is classify as a FUD? I’m merely asking because both project have similar structure . If we can’t ask anything negative here , let me know. I will praise and worship blindly the team instead. Already answered 100 times to this question (Q & A, script and in this topic). Do a little research please. Tenx is not a security!

Hey! Do tenx card work in Canada??
No because they only deliver them to the EU. You may get a card in Q4 2019 if you are lucky. Q1 2018 non EU resident

Hi guys, not into TenX but been searching for a good card after Xapo died (for non-EU countries). I visited TenX site but it looks like you cannot order card.
Anyone knows the easiest way to get MasterCard or VISA that you can use to spend crypto? Any company will do
You may be struggling. I take it you are not resident in the EU? VISA & MasterCard both put something in place which means card issuers for Crypto cards can only issue them to people in the EU. Doesn't affect just TenX. It affects any Crypto card issuer who is VISA or MasterCard certified. They are all in the same boat. There are three things involved effectively. The company behind the card (TenX in this case), the card issuer (was WaveCrest, think they may have been replaced now?) and the card certifier (in this case, VISA). Rules work their way down the chain. And the non-EU part is a VISA/MasterCard decision (VISA made it first, MasterCard followed later), so they all get affected. I believe this should be resolved in the longer term. That was certainly the aim. But I don't know what the current state of play is. For me, TenX is a long term hold anyway. But even taking a long term view, they really need to get North America and Asia back on board. Especially Asia. I'm still expecting that to happen, but don't know when .... non resident EU Q1 2018 https://youtu.be/r377D0VcrI8?t=524
